Media Business Solutions provides legal and administrative support for the activities of TV channels and assets of the National Media Group and CTC Media, maintains financial accounting and reporting, ensures security, is responsible for broadcast management, information systems support and personnel management issues.

Business challenge The task was to create a cozy, calm space, comfortable for work and rest during the day. It was important to focus on the company's employees.

Space organization Open space zones combine with isolated offices, open and closed meeting rooms. There are also seating areas, a library area and spacious coffee points.

Upon entering the office, employees and guests of the company are greeted by a welcome area that resembles a cozy coffee shop. There are soft sofas, tables and an ice cream machine, and in the morning the employees are greeted with the smell of coffee and fresh pastries.

Design idea The office is designed in light and delicate colors: the preference is given to combinations of different shades of gray, pink and purple. The calm, well-balanced interior is complemented by memorable and iconic design elements. Their execution is a complex and unusual task, and, in fact, an invention of an architect, artist and general contractor.

In the reception area, attention is drawn to the hand-painted floor, in which both the pattern of paper crumpled in a fit of searching for an ideal solution and the sea wave.
