南茂多功能区块 | 解决人流拥堵的创新设计

This project is a proposed design for a multifunctional commercial block located on the south end of the Nongmao commercial area.

Its main goal is intended to tackle the issue of overcrowding in that zone by people during peak hours due to the fact that the current shops and restaurants do not have enough spaces especially outdoor ones to handle the amount of people trooping into that zone during break times. This situation also causes a lot of traffic on the main road during these hours.

Considering these problems, the design and form of the building is aimed at keeping users safe within the building and freeing up the main road even during busy hours.
