Transdev Netherlands has relocated to a modern office building next to the station square in Hilversum. This is a dynamic location that is passed by many people who take the bus or train. So Transdev is now located close to what its business is all about: the transportation of passengers.

The relocation to a new office gave Transdev room to change to a new way of working. After intense preparations in which various working groups participated, DZAP developed a beautiful interior design based on a clear vision with open-plan work areas and flexible workspaces. The open areas encourage better communication and ensure more interaction between the different departments. In addition, there are designated areas for brief meetings and a number of closed rooms for working in silence.

The new office consists of a ground floor and four upper storeys. The entrance of the new office adjoins the Hilversum bus station, so the ground floor has been designed as a drivers’ area with a canteen for the drivers fitted with all the necessary facilities. Their corporate identity has been incorporated into the interior design, which is visible in several areas in the office. For example, the bus network map is reflected by the floor finishing and visuals on the various walls. The new office is an inspiring and dynamic workplace for all employees.
