“Inolivia” is a flagship store, a multi-functional space for sampling and marketing olive oil products and caters to both wholesale and retail customers. The ground floor is designated for retail sales and the first floor for wholesale. The main design concept is about the organic and man-made processes that occur for the production of such a traditional greek product as the olive. The company’s vision to distribute products on a table where no one is excluded and no borders exist was the catalyst for the creation of a spatial vocabulary that explores the notions of flow, connection and unobstructed circulation. The above process leads to the emergence of a space that flows between the features: “production, exhibition, tasting”.
