大家的广泛参与是实现这一目的的关键所在，在项目进行的整个过程中，由各个部门推选出代表组成的名叫“变形金刚”的组委会负责将大家的意见传达给设计师，共同决定决定性的环节和

设计方案

。这个办公室创新性的采用两种理念为设计基础，一个是“立足当地，放眼全球”，另外一个是“英雄主义”。该项目融合了当地风格、国际特色，以及传说中的英雄人物.

ACL, a technology company that provides data analytics, governance, risk management, and compliance software, recently hired interior design firm SSDG to redesign their offices in Vancouver.From the project outset, the goal was to achieve a new workspace that visually and functionally aligned with the ACL corporate values and workstyles, providing an environment that supports & encourages staff to excel, and facilitates recruitment and retention.

Employee engagement was a critical component of making this goal a reality. A team of department representatives dubbed the ‘Transformers’ was established to involve the staff and receive feedback on key design decisions throu ghout the project. A creative layering of two concepts was adopted: ‘Global Reach, Local Roots’ and ‘Heroes’.The space pays tribute to local, global and fictional heroes.
