国信证券大厦 Guosen Securities Tower

国信证券大厦是一座位于中国深圳福田CBD的摩天大楼，楼高228米。这一项目的设计理念源于为大厦创造垂直的公共空间。立体的中庭空间沿立面布置，为大厦创造了一种生动的形象，也为办公室创造了不同且独特的公共场所。

中庭空间的设计是对裙楼和大厦垂直截面之间关系的一种探索，对角线的空间和变化也对大厦的整体高度产生一种垂直张力。

公共空间、大堂和空中花园沿着中庭的三维空间相互连接，形成一条光线、意像与动态所交织的流线。中庭空间与大厦立面的结合将象征性地向城市空间开放与拓展。

国信大厦以一种纯玻璃的体量回应其周边的环境，并充分融合于复杂的CBD的天际线中。所有的复杂性设计都被置于大厦内的公共空间网络中，而项目设计根据城市环境，利用景观及可见视野范围，有效地将公共空间融合于建筑立面之上。

大厦上层部分 The upper levels of the tower

大厦的功能以国信证券自用办公为主，其入口设有三层通高的空中大堂。顶层是行政办公区域，设有空中花园，活动室以及一个直升机的停机坪，可 360度俯瞰深圳福田CBD全景。

The Guosen Securities Tower is a high-rise building with a height of 228m, located in Futian CBD, Shenzhen, China. The project by Studio Fuksas is born from the intention to create a new concept of vertical public space for the tower. A three-dimensional void will be arranged along the facades giving a dynamic image to the building and creating different and unique public scenarios for the offices.

中庭空间 Void space of the Atrium

The design of the void shape explores the relationships between the podium and the vertical section of the tower, and the diagonal spaces and fluxes create a vertical tension in the full height of the tower.

裙楼屋顶花园 The Podium's rooftop garden

The public spaces, lobbies and Sky-Gardens are interconnected along the tridimensional void of the atrium creating a stream of light, images and activity. The building itself will be symbolically open to the city along the great façade atrium.

Integrated in the complex skyline of the CBD, Guosen tower will respond with a pure external glass volume. All the complexity happens in the internal network of public spaces that are placed strategically in the facades taking advantage of the views and visibility according to the urban context.

屋顶及直升机停机坪 Rooftop and Helipad

The tower is mainly of Guosen Securities’ office use, with an access highlighted by a triple-height sky lobby. The very top levels are dedicated tothe executive’s offices, including a sky garden and club rooms, as well as a helipad which they offer a spectacular 360-degree panorama view across Futian CBD of Shenzhen.
