这座城市见证了周的崛起、秦的强大、汉的兴盛、唐的繁荣、明的辉煌。在鄱阳漫漫的时光长河中，淮王宫留下了璀璨而浓重的印记。

This city witnessed the rise of Zhou, the strength of Qin, the prosperity of Han, the prosperity of Tang and the brilliance of Ming. In the long river of time in Poyang, the Huai Palace has left a bright and strong mark.

建造初期

Initial Stage

明宣德十年(1436年)，淮靖王朱瞻墺从广东韶州迁往江西饶州，建造淮王府，设置了多个部门。之后，其子朱祈铨又在王府的基础上建了永寿宫，内有蓬莱清隐、水涨平溪等八景，此外，还有钓鱼台、宝书楼等建筑。淮王在饶州共传八代计九王，历时208年。淮王府相当于一个“小皇宫”。

In the 10th year of Xuande in the Ming Dynasty (1436), Zhu Zhangui, the king of Huaijing, moved from Shaozhou, Guangdong, to Raozhou, Jiangxi, built the Huaiwang Mansion and set up several departments. Later, Zhu Qiquan, his son, built Yongshou Palace on the basis of the palace, with eight sceneries including Penglai Qingyin, Shuiyangping Stream, Diaoyutai, Baoshu Tower and other buildings. In Raozhou, the Huai King passed down eight generations of nine kings, lasting 208 years. Huaiwang Mansion is equivalent to a "small palace".

本案从淮王府的历史文脉中提炼出釉里红、卵白釉、孔雀绿、经典色彩元素，运用到设计中，造园修复八景，追溯本源，传承再造，让现代的设计手法与古建艺术碰撞，再现穿越时空的淮王盛世。

This case abstracts underglaze red, egg white glaze, malachite green and classic color elements from the historical context of Huaiwang Mansion, and applies them to the design, making gardens to repair the eight sceneries, tracing the origin, inheriting and reconstructing, so that modern design techniques collide with ancient architecture art, and reproduce the prosperous times of Huaiwang through time and space.

一进四水归堂，在雕龙刻凤的门梁下感受木雕艺术的精湛，感叹工匠精神的难能可贵。

Once you enter the Four Rivers and return to the hall, you can feel the exquisite wood carving art under the door beam of carving dragons and phoenixes, and marvel at the commendable craftsman

spirit.

在对景中听闻亲贤乐善的儒学思想，在建筑中感念上下五千年的恢弘文明。

I heard about the Confucian thought of being kind-hearted and benevolent in the landscape, and appreciated the magnificent civilization of 5000 years in the architecture.

连廊屋顶吉祥兽，马头墙、祥云、双龙雕刻随处可见；墙雕、木雕、瓦雕满眼都是精雕细琢的技艺。

Auspicious beasts on the corridor roof, horsehead walls, auspicious clouds and dragon sculptures can be seen everywhere; Wall carving, wood carving and tile carving are all exquisite skills.

营造

Construction

在竖线条的切割中感受空间的秩序，灯光的氛围营造温润而静谧的气息，如波又如绸的吊饰灯让人浮想联翩。

Feel the order of space in the cutting of vertical lines, and the atmosphere of lighting creates a warm and quiet atmosphere. The pendant lamps, which are like waves and silks, make people imaginative.

仿若穿越明代，眼前繁花似锦，歌舞升平，魂牵梦绕，流连忘返。

It is like walking through the Ming Dynasty. The flowers in front of you are beautiful, singing and dancing.

四进厅模型区及吧台区域，五进厅洽谈区，功能上规划合理。

The four hall model area, the bar area and the five hall negotiation area are planned reasonably in terms of functions.

中国红在木与石的围合空间里舞动，贵雅而生动。

The patio is capped with modern light transparent glass material, connecting the transition, and the whole space is well lit.

Chinese red dances in the enclosed space of wood and stone, which is elegant and vivid.

“蓬莱清隐、水涨平溪”，在茶室里品茗观赏园内雅致风景；观月梁的美，闻墨的香，品茶的甘。

"Penglai is secluded and the water rises to level the stream". Enjoy the elegant scenery in the garden in the tea room; Watch the beauty of the moon beam, smell the fragrance of ink, and taste the sweet tea.

梁智德

梁智德，创始人-首席设计总监。自2000年从业至今，跨越建筑学系出身的专业界限，贯通建筑、园林、室内、产研等多个领域设计，拥有扎实的美学基础以及丰富的项目经验，对东方传统美学深有体悟，提炼出独具一格的东方禅意美学理念并结合当代设计前沿的时尚、艺术、科技元素，融汇人文生活形态，推崇摩登侘寂生活美学。

梁淑华，设计执行总监。毕业于广州大学美术与设计学院，从事高端住宅项目、会所及大型公建项目设计工作15年，拥有扎实的美术功底和良好的审美观点，注重空间细节处理，擅长将空间与文化柔和，提升设计附加值，为不同的客户带来不同的空间美学享受。

邹智君，设计技术总监。近20年行业积淀，深耕于酒店、房地产、综合商业板块；拥有多年高品质项目落地管控实践经历，擅长技术性、精细化、多维度提升出品质量。致力于技艺传承，亦热衷于研发创新，坚信『年月复初心，方寸皆可能』
