Dal 2020 lo studio Nemesi lavora alla realizzazione a Cherasco del nuovo Campus TESISQUARE, un’ azienda leader nell’Information Technology che, con la sua esperienza consolidata, è oggi al servizio di 80 paesi e 25.000 aziende.

Abbiamo pensato il Progetto TESISQUARE come un Campus innovativo sul modello Olivettiano che dia forma ad una visione aperta ed inclusiva di azienda, concretamente trasparente e sostenibile, come è TESISQUARE. La forza del progetto, a un anno dalla sua concezione, è il disegno di un urbanità aperta al territorio, nell’idea che la rigenerazione urbana parte dal dialogo con il contesto, e dal lavoro sull’architettura-paesaggio, dove natura e architettura si modellano a vicenda, dando vita alla sostenibilità ambientale del progetto. Al centro di questo ragionamento c’è l’uomo e la comunità, su cui l’intero progetto è modellato.

In fase di avanzamento nel 2020 la realizzazione del Digital Innovation Hub, parte del progetto voluto dalla Società Tesisquare, per valorizzare la presenza di imprese innovative nel territorio del sud Piemonte, e facilitarne la collaborazione.

Si tratta di un complesso di Uffici integrati nel paesaggio, adiacente anche alla attuale sede Tesisquare, che oltre a riunire diverse competenze innovative del territorio, mira a costruire una comunità collaborativa in cui scambiare know-how, condividere progetti e divenire un importante punto di riferimento su scala locale e non solo. Un vero e proprio Campus innovativo per Start Up e imprese, che godrà anche di un insieme di servizi comuni e spazi aperti di elevata qualità ambientale e paesaggistica.

L’edificio in cemento, acciaio e vetro, ricerca un dialogo serrato con il contesto ambientale, in un rapporto osmotico con la natura, attraverso la sua porosità inclusiva che rende il paesaggio parte centrale del progetto, cosi come l’idea di connessione e relazione sono al centro dell’organizzazione funzionale del Campus.

Since 2020, Nemesi studio has been working on the construction of the new TESISQUARE Campus in Cherasco, a leading Information Technology company which, with its consolidated experience, is now serving 80 countries and 25,000 companies.

We thought of the TESISQUARE Project as an innovative Campus based on the Olivettian model that shapes an open and inclusive vision of a company, concretely transparent and sustainable, as TESISQUARE is. The strength of the project, one year after its conception, is the design of an urbanity open to the territory, in the idea that urban regeneration starts from dialogue with the context, and from architecture-landscape, where nature and architecture model each other, giving life to the environmental sustainability of the project. At the center of this reasoning is man and the community, on which the whole project is modeled.

The development of the Digital Innovation Hub, part of the project wanted by the Tesisquare company, is being advanced in 2020, to enhance the presence of innovative companies in the territory of southern Piedmont, and facilitate their collaboration.

It is a complex of offices integrated into the landscape, adjacent to the current Tesisquare headquarters, which in addition to bringing together various innovative skills in the area, aims to build a collaborative community in which to exchange know-how, share projects and become an important reference point on a local scale and beyond. A real innovative Campus for Start Up and companies, which will also enjoy a set of common services and open spaces of high environmental and landscape quality.

The concrete, steel and glass building seeks a close dialogue with the environmental context in a osmotic relationship with nature, through its inclusive porosity that makes the landscape part central to the project, as well as the idea of ​​connection and relationship are at the center of the functional organization of the Campus.
