Design concept

现代简约主要就是在解决空间和功能布局，简约精致的材质和造型，更多的在与材质的考究，

除了空间的布局，功能需求也极为重要，硬装做了整个空间布局，软装就是要让整个空间具有生活品质，

让业主居住在家即有酒店的体验和仪式感，又有家的温馨和舒适感体现业主的精致生活品致，利用软装艺术的点缀手法让空间更有价值感，增添空间的灵动性。

负一层平面图

空间依托建筑结构来延展设计语言，会客厅汇聚社交、娱乐、休闲、阅读场景，空间彰显主人实力，突出待客礼仪之道，满足现代都市人的多维需求，迸发着无限的活力。

电视背景采用白色的千山暮雪和深色浮世绘搭配，张扬而沉稳。

The space relies on the architectural structure to extend the design language. The reception hall gathers social, entertainment, leisure and reading scenes. The space shows the strength of the host,

 highlights the way of hospitality etiquette, meets the multi-dimensional needs of modern urbanites, and bursts with infinite vitality. The TV background is composed of white snow in the mountains and dark Ukiyo-e painting, which is bold and steady.

潺潺茶香，一个半封闭的空间，会友闲谈，天然文化石，在柔雅的空间多了几分刚毅。

The murmuring tea fragrance, a semi enclosed space, chatting with friends, and natural cultural stone add a bit of fortitude to the soft and elegant space

楼梯是设计中的一大亮点，它承载的不仅是连接空间的功能，也更像是存在于室内空间的艺术品。无需华丽和绚烂的材质去刻意装饰，也可令其成为视觉焦点。行走在其中，能感受到一种奇妙的流动感。

Stairs are a highlight in design, which not only carry the function of connecting spaces, but also more like works of art existing in interior space. It doesn't need gorgeous and gorgeous materials to decorate deliberately, 

and it can also become the visual focus. Walking in it, you can feel a wonderful sense of mobility

入口的玄关端景打开归家的仪式感，水墨石纹理搭配半通透的绿能产品简约时尚。左右两边是通排的暗门柜，配上间接的灯光，换鞋、更衣的功能空间便安排于此。

The end view at the entrance opens the sense of returning home ceremony. The ink stone texture is simple and fashionable with semi transparent green energy products. On the left and right sides are dark door cabinets, which are connected with indirect lights. The functional space for changing shoes and clothes is arranged here.

多元开放，围而不合。客厅、西厨与餐厅之间没有明显的划分界限，流光溯的通铺，让每个空间相互渗透。

Diversified and open, but not encircled. There is no obvious dividing line between the living room, the western kitchen and the dining room, and every space is permeated by the omni shop.

一层父母房效果图

家中长辈居住的空间化繁为简，以素雅为主调，以绿色系勾勒自然，静谧、舒适，床头背景运用了山水之间，为空间增添几分生机。不喧闹，不夺目，积淀的岁月留痕，素雅，柔和。

The living space of the elders in the family is simplified, touching the nature with simplicity and elegance, 

and sketching the nature with green system. It is quiet and comfortable, and the bedside background uses mountains and rivers to add some vitality to the space. 

No noise, no eye-catching, the accumulated years leave traces, simple and elegant, soft.

卫生间效果图

卫生间设计以实用大方，重视实际功能。灰色的瓷砖搭配法拉利红，彰显设计的温度，营造一种个性而不失和谐的感觉。

The toilet is designed to be practical and generous, with emphasis on practical functions. The grey ceramic tile with Ferrari red highlights the design temperature and creates a sense of individuality and harmony.

主卧室基调仍以浅灰色为主，加入绿能新品作为背景墙，整个睡眠区简洁而不单调。室内柔和的色调中引入中国红元素，带来现代的气息，营造一种舒缓的休息环境。The tone of the master bedroom is still light gray, and the green energy new product is added as the background wall.

 The whole sleeping area is simple and not monotonous. Chinese red elements are introduced into the soft colors of the room to bring a modern atmosphere and create a relaxing rest environment.

衣帽间

温柔的灯光下，映照着梦和现实交融的空间，对面整齐排列的玻璃柜陈列着件件衣物，整理和收纳着生活的理想。暖棕色的如意木纹理，在视觉上营造出由远及近、细腻温和的感受。

glass cabinets on the opposite side display every piece of clothing, sorting out and containing the ideal of life. The warm brown Ruyi wood texture creates a delicate and gentle feeling from far to near visually.

儿童房

粉蓝和白色的结合，添加了空间的童真性，这种意境让卧室充满艺术感和童趣，营造出静谧而安宁的睡眠氛围。

The combination of pink, blue and white adds the innocence of the space. This artistic conception makes the bedroom full of artistic sense and childlike interest, creating a quiet and peaceful sleep atmosphere

书房

皇室胡桃暖化精神场域，几纸图文沉淀心绪，依当下心情切换阅读主题，穿梭虚实世界，建立有序自我，沉浸式修炼身心。选配棉麻沙发延续舒适用意，一坐一靠恬逸身躯，实力演绎复古时尚优雅魅力。

The royal walnut warms the spiritual field. A few pictures and texts precipitate the mood. Switch the reading theme according to the current mood, 

shuttle through the virtual and real world, establish an orderly self, and immerse the body and mind. The cotton and linen sofa is selected to continue the comfort purpose.

 Sitting one by one, you can rely on your comfortable body, and your strength will demonstrate the retro fashion and elegant charm.

休息区

结合主人的生活场景，阳台位置设计了休闲区，微风吹动轻纱将阳光送进室内，映照在地面铺贴的防滑的琦丽砂上，花草里的苍翠也被赋以别样的诗意，一个人喝茶品香，于书中看世界万境。

In combination with the living scene of the host, a leisure area is designed on the balcony. The light wind blows the gauze to send sunlight into the room, 

which is reflected on the anti-skid Qili sand paved on the ground. The verdant flowers and plants are also endowed with a different poetic flavor.

 One can drink tea and enjoy the fragrance, and see the world in a book.
