板神铁板烧日本料理精心创造全港最大型鉄板烧日本料理旗舰店,各精英携手以日本大自然景色,溶入全港顶级日本料理餐厅的室内设计及配合优美的灯光效果,巨型半透明 LED 电视墙,以及多处投射日本景观,成功打造一个全港独一无二的顶级日本料理。

Plate teppanyaki Japanese god created objects, the biggest iron plate burning Japanese flagship store in Hong Kong, the elite nature scenery, hand in hand with Japan into Hong Kong’s top Japanese cuisine restaurant interior design and coordination with the beautiful lighting effects, the giant translucent LED TV wall, as well as several projection Japanese landscape, to create a successful Hong Kong unique top Japanese cuisine.

板神铁板烧日本料理旗舰店占地达一万多千平方呎,成为香港首间最大型铁板烧料理。餐厅主要分为五大区域:铁板烧、寿司吧、炭火烧、日式酒吧及品酒室。

- Covering more than 10,000 square feet, the flagship Restaurant is the first and largest teppanyaki restaurant in Hong Kong.

- The restaurant is mainly divided into five areas: teppanyaki, sushi bar, charcoal fire, Japanese bar and tasting room.

餐厅坐落于香港铜锣湾黄金地段,毗邻多间知名米其林餐厅,其简约的设计以深色为主调,揉合明亮的装饰,把这个 604 平方米的用餐空间打造成时尚雅致的日式环境,营造悠闲的高级美食体验。

Located in a prime location in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, adjacent to several Michelin restaurants, the restaurant’s simple design is dominated by dark colors and bright decoration, creating a stylish and elegant Japanese environment in this 604 square meter dining space, creating a leisurely haudish dining experience.

因疫情,人们对社交距离和隐私的需求日益提高,SLD 以宽敞的空间和简约的美学为特色,精心打造别具一格、低调奢华的用餐氛围,让宾客能尽情享受集现代与传统日本美学的意境。

With the epidemic increasing demand for social distancing and privacy, SLD has carefully created a unique, low-key and luxurious dining atmosphere featuring spacious space and a minimalist aesthetic, allowing guests to enjoy a combination of modern and traditional Japanese aesthetics.

设计师细心规划空间布局和人流动线,为餐厅设置有多间贵宾室、清酒吧、寿司吧、洋酒及清酒品酒室。其中不同大小的贵宾室又设有活动隔屏,可供 4 人至 24 人聚餐,让宾客可在私密的环境下与三五知己轻谈浅酌或大宴亲朋。

Designers carefully plan the space layout and people flow line, for the restaurant set up a number of VIP rooms, qing bar, sushi bar, foreign wine and sake wine tasting room, among which the VIP rooms of different sizes are equipped with activity screen, for 4 to 24 people dinner, so that guests can chat with three or five friends in a private environment or a big feast.

餐厅设计以迷人的日本自然美景为灵感,从中提炼主要的元素完美融入室内设计之中,包括瞩目的富士山艺术背景墙、定制的传统植物印花墙纸及织物,以及于整个空间大量采用的木材及花岗岩等。

Inspired by the stunning natural beauty of Japan, the design of the restaurant draws key elements from it into the interior design, including the eye-catching Art backdrop of Mount Fuji, custom-made traditional plant-printed wallpaper and fabrics, and extensive use of wood and granite throughout the space.

在著名灯光大师关永权亲自设计的灯光效果下,进一步提升用餐氛围,让宾客即使身处闹市中心,仍能瞬间置身浓厚的传统日本文化与风情之中,品尝个中韵味。

Under the lighting effect designed by famous lighting master Guan Yongquan, the dining atmosphere is further enhanced, allowing guests to instantly immerse themselves in the strong traditional Japanese culture and customs even in the downtown area, and taste the flavor.

「板神」的门面设计线条流丽,深色的主调加上金色作点缀,营造神秘幽静的感觉,让人急不及待探索餐厅的室内空间。

"Board god" the facade design line is flowing beautiful, brunet advocate tone plus aureate make an ornament, build mysterious and quiet feeling, let a person be impatient to wait for the indoor space that explores dining-room.

接待处时尚的椭圆型特色天花照明,散发着柔和的暖光引领宾客入内。

The reception area features a stylish oval ceiling lighting that exudes soft warm light to guide guests inside.

清酒吧的黑色吧台,背后是线条简约的木酒架,贯彻整个餐厅设计在色调与材质运用上的鲜明对比。

Clear bar black bar, behind the simple line of wood wine rack, implement the whole restaurant design in the use of color and material contrast.

宾客可将酒杯放置于吧台特别设计的装嵌灯上,仔细欣赏清酒的光泽,多感官品尝美酒。

Guests can place their glasses on the specially designed built-in lights at the bar to appreciate the gloss of sake and enjoy the wine with multiple senses.

瞩目的富士山艺术背景墙是寿司吧的焦点所在,仿如带领宾客到访日本最具代表性的神圣地标。

The stunning Art backdrop of Mount Fuji is the focal point of the sushi bar, as if taking guests to One of Japan’s most iconic sacred landmarks.

旁边小型贵宾室屏风上的几何图案参考了日本传统工艺「组子」(Kumiko)的精细设计,巧妙地还原日本文化。

The geometric patterns on the screen in the nearby small VIP room refer to the elaborate design of Kumiko, a traditional Japanese craft, to ingeniously restore Japanese culture.

以桥为设计灵感的走廊将餐厅各个区域串连起来,走廊涂上特别金属油漆,营造出空间深度与质感,视觉效果与整体环境配合得天衣无缝。

The corridor, inspired by the bridge, connects the various areas of the restaurant. The corridor is painted with special metal paint to create depth and texture of the space, and the visual effect fits seamlessly into the overall environment.

Horseshoe shaped dining table is a feature of the main VIP room. The unique custom dining table allows guests to see the chef’s culinary prowess up close and personal.

隐藏的趟门可因应需要拉开,将两间独立的 12 座贵宾室合并为宽敞的 24 座贵宾室。

Hidden doors can be pulled open as needed to merge two separate 12-seat VIP rooms into a spacious 24-seat one.

在主要贵宾室的铁板桌上方,悬挂着仿照和伞(日式传统油纸制雨伞)造型的特色吊灯,感觉优雅,完美的灯光打造出戏院般的精彩体验,让人印象难忘。

Above the iron plate table in the main VIP room, the characteristic chandeliers in the shape of a replica and an umbrella (Japanese traditional oiling paper umbrella) are hung. The feeling is elegant, and the perfect lighting creates a wonderful theater experience, which is unforgettable.

位于走廊末端的品酒室洋溢着秋季的日本庭园氛围,收藏了世界各地的珍稀洋酒及清酒,稍后更将首度推出雪茄珍藏,为宾客带来超凡享受。

The tasting room at the end of the corridor is filled with the atmosphere of the Japanese garden in autumn. It has a collection of rare foreign wines and sake from all over the world. Later, the first cigar collection will be displayed for guests to enjoy.
