OCEANA, is a mixed use and multi-family project, located at the corner of 28th Street and Cozumel Street, a few meters from the sea. The apartment complex seeks through a central courtyard to optimize its current views thanks to its large terraces, generating a unique experience in relation to the natural environment around it. The main intention of the project is to generate a social environment in a green and pleasant place, where recreational activities can be carried out without leaving home.
The architecture of this project is contemporary in style being a visual reference both for the user in the immediacy, as for the one that is outside the complex and even in the distance, becoming a positive urban detail for both the inhabitants of the complex, as for beach visitors.
