Africa is a continent in full swing despite the growth strategies and targets the emergence of sub-Saharan countries. The latter difficulty developing properly due to lack adequate industrial equipment to transform the raw material it exports raw. The meat sector in Africa and particularly in Cameroon suffers from a shortage of livestock processing equipment and those who exist are dilapidated and no longer meet standards health. In order to contribute to the strengthening of this sector, this project entitled: ‘‘ Proposal for a industrial livestock processing complex in food products at Ngaoundéré for the Contribution to strengthening the production of livestock products in Cameroon. ‘’ new dynamic in the quality of industries meat in Cameroon.
