成都东部新区，作为成都东进桥头堡和成渝地区双城经济圈建设的重要承载，被赋予国家战略的使命。以乡村振兴为引领，2021年，三渔村在成都东部新区的支持下，开始盘活闲置资源，转化生态资源，集中精力打造集农商文旅于一体的“三鱼萌狮文化村”项目。赛肯思参与其陶家大院建筑景观一体化改造、三鱼水聚场、三鱼萌狮采青场、大鱼梦泡泡四大场景内容营造，助力乡村振兴建设。

Chengdu Eastern New Area, as the first step of Chengdu’s eastward development and an important bearer of the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing twin City economic circle, has been endowed with the mission of national strategy. Led by rural revitalization, in 2021, with the support of Chengdu Eastern New Area, Sanyu Village began to revitalize idle resources, transform ecological resources, and focus on building a “Three Fish and Lion Cultural Village” project integrating agriculture, commerce, culture and tourism. SecondNature participated in the construction of four scenes, namely, the integrated architectural landscape transformation of Tao family courtyard, the gathering field of three fish and water, the green field of Three fish and Lion, and the dream bubble of Big fish, to help the rural revitalization construction.

三鱼萌狮文化村现状及历史文化背景

Sanyu Cute Lion Cultural Village’s Present Situation and Historical Background

三鱼萌狮文化村，前身为三渔村。由于地处丘陵腹地，过去交通不畅、产业陈旧成为制约当地经济发展的“瓶颈”。设计之初，赛肯思设计团队对场地及周边进行了深入调研，梳理场地现状及文化，发现：1.三鱼萌狮文化村是一个以农耕为主要收入来源的乡村，村民收入形式单一，年收入不高。

2. 三鱼萌狮文化村现存的人员构成基本上为中老年人，村民们除了务农之外没有其他锻炼身体的方式，整个乡村缺乏村民们健身锻炼的场所。

3. 三鱼萌狮文化村的农耕以传统的农耕形式为主，过着靠天吃饭的日子，若遇上旱灾，则需要村民们挑水灌溉，效率极低。

4. 三鱼萌狮文化村除了悠久的农耕历史之外，还有很多其他文化汇聚，如中国已发现的最大古石狮、汉代三鱼同首石刻、民居文化等文化遗迹，但是这些珍贵的本土历史文化，很少受到外界的关注。

三鱼同首石刻，最早可以追溯至汉代，三鱼同首，寓意富贵吉祥，多子多福。亦是老子“道生一，一生二，二生三，三生万物”的道家思想的图画体现，表达人们对生命生生不息、无穷无尽的美好祈愿。

萌狮是一尊清代石刻，是中国已发现的最大古石狮，石狮坐西向东，迎朝晖，沐夕阳，体态浑圆，怀抱幼狮，倚山临河，看似憨态可掬，实则不怒自威，气宇不凡，被称为“亚洲狮王”。

三鱼萌狮文化村内民居样式典型，多呈现，散居式、平行等高线依山式等形态。靠山面河流、多近农田，便于耕作，与周围的竹、树、林、院坝形成一个住所单元体。

The folk houses in Sanyu Cute Lion Cultural Village are typical, mostly presented in scattered style, parallel contour line and mountain style, etc. The river behind the mountain is close to the farmland, which is easy to cultivate. 积极落实国家乡村振兴战略，致力于做实现“东进”战略的有力推手，三鱼萌狮文化村在总体定位上，致力于构建农旅融合、乡村振兴的生态示范，以及农耕文化、历史文物的研学营地，形成东部新区乡村振兴的示范点，天府文化展示窗口，文旅休闲体验消费的目的地。

总体规划上，以“萌狮回声”为设计理念，通过自然回声，修复山水林田村落生态，建设山环水绕秀美乡村；通过文化回声，回响百年三鱼萌狮文化，激活东区乡村绚丽未来；通过空港回声，构建魅力航线观景圣地，传唱东部新区空港文化。萌狮回声，造就乡村振兴新典范、无边界公园城市新未来。

赛肯思设计团队，通过对传统村落景观建筑一体化改造，以及多重活力场景和消费场景的构建，希望让三鱼萌狮文化村成为一处可观、可游、可互动的网红乡村。陶家大院通过对当地特色民宅的保护修复及景观改造，将其打造成一个当地文化对外输出的舞台，吸引游客前来游玩；同时，搭建的新型乡村消费场景，让当地村民能有额外的收入来源。

三鱼水聚场提供了真实有趣的亲子活力场景，孩子们在场地中亲水亲近自然，水流通过引力作用，最终将通过架设的灌溉管网为农田施行智能化灌溉。

三鱼萌狮采青场将智慧运动带进了乡村，改善了乡村居民靠务农作为基础的锻炼现状，将运动、文化学习与智慧科技串联起来，让村民们感受科技运动带来的无限活力。

大鱼梦泡泡，通过在三鱼驿内侧观景台植入具有网红属性的泡泡森林，吸引游客参与其中，踩踏地面控制板喷出泡泡的梦幻场景，形成一处具有网红属性的打卡地。

设计将陶家大院——一个拥有90多年历史的川西土夯结构老宅，通过景观建筑一体化改造，使其成为三鱼萌狮文化村对外文化输出的窗口，更肩负着多元化消费场景的重托。

In the design, the Tao family compound, an old house with a history of more than 90 years in the west of Sichuan, is transformed into a window for the export of foreign culture of the village through the integration of landscape architecture, and bears the heavy trust of diversified consumption scenes.

建筑团队将建筑最大限度地保留，并使用非物质文化的手法将建筑加固，增强其稳定性。外部景观团队梳理场地条件，建筑前场保留大型蓄水池塘，并进行水体净化，以陶家大院和蓄水池塘为中心，新建环形景观廊架，约200米的景观廊架外延围合池塘，景观建筑一体化，既保留了陶家大院老宅的历史，又通过景观“立新”，新与旧的结合，让文化在场地内得以延续。

改造之后的陶家大院，将成为三鱼萌狮文化村主要的消费场景，接待来访的游客，展示本土文化。景观长廊内设置了非物质文化遗产展示空间，可以举办竹编灯展、非遗文创集市油纸伞、舌画、手工扎染等活动。人们可在廊下乘凉喝着盖碗茶，享受独具特色的成都慢生活。
