David Chipperfield Architects设计团队，为高端服饰品牌华伦天奴在日本东京打造了首家旗舰店。华伦天奴在东京已经开了很多年了，其主要经营模式是大都位于商场内或者银座内的遍布市区的店面，缺少的是一家属于自己的旗舰店，然而，今天这一切都将成为历史。新的旗舰店位于东京Omotesando Hills高端商场，这里是公认的奢侈品黄金区。

华伦天奴旗舰店的位置就在商场的主入口，可以说这是个绝佳的地方，消费者也可以绿树成荫的Omotesando Dori街道上，穿过店的内部来到商场里面。面积467平方米的旗舰店，共分为透明玻璃幕墙的上下两层，这让空间看上去更加开阔。由伦敦设计团队David Chipperfield Architects，还有华伦天奴的创意总监们一起打造出的内部空间，也遵循了最时尚的理念。

Valentino had been present in Tokyo for many years, operating shop-in-shops at a number of leading department stores across town and a short-lived standalone outpost in Ginza, but lacked a proper flagship store of its own. Well, that was yesterday. Officially opening today is Valentino’s first flagship store in the Japanese capital.It’s situated at Omotesando Hills, an upscale mall that’s part of what’s widely considered the city’s golden mile of luxury shopping.

The boutique has a prominent location right next to the mall’s main entrance, but shoppers can also enter through its private store entrance from tree-lined Omotesando Dori.The boutique measures a very spacious 467 sqm. [5,027 sq.ft.] spread over two glass-encased floors, and features an interior designed that follows the sleek new design codes as formulated by the aforementioned creative directors and London-based practice David Chipperfield Architects.
