“Foodies” restaurant, located in Acquaviva delle Fonti (Apulia, Italy), comes from the idea of combining high-quality food, the chef's creativity and good music, offering a brand new experience in town.

Once a lounge bar attended mainly by a young audience, its interior space was redesigned to create a homely and cozy atmosphere suitable for families as well as young couples and youths.

It was decided to preserve the main distribution by changing colours and the general atmosphere through a combination of vintage and nordic style. The research of materials, textures and finishes led to the choice of cement tiles, oak, and copper.

The two counters were covered with the Azulej collection, patterns which combine diverse languages such as memory, geometry and pixels and masterfully designed by Patricia Urquiola for Mutina.

The lighting design played an important role, with a diffuse light that makes the environment warm and relaxing. 

After three months since the opening we can say we managed to create a warm and friendly spot in Acquaviva, always crowded by people enjoying a new experience.
