在这个充满炙热与热情的城市，确缺少一点冷冽的新鲜。

概念的延伸回归于 经营的属性 灵感从主厨的刀法到他的气质的捕捉。

从精准的切割与线条里获取素材的种子

第一次从食材提取色彩元素 一条浑身暗黑的鱼切开后确肉质细腻红润。

就这样开始了这个异常冷静的设计。

Vo-SASHIMI, a restaurant specializing in authentic Japanese seafood sashimi, is located in one of pattaya's busiest neighborhoods.The local climate makes everything seem so warm, while the silent but rigorous Japanese chef and his surgically exquisite knife technique make me unusually calm.

In this hot and enthusiastic city, there is a lack of cool freshness.

The extension of the concept goes back to the attributes of management, and the inspiration comes from the chef's knife technique and his temperament.

Get the seeds of the ingredients from the precise cutting and line.

For the first time, color elements were extracted from the ingredients, and the flesh of a dark-skinned fish was delicate and ruddy after being cut.

And that's where the cool design comes in.
