Gensler Denver chose its new office location for its ground-level visibility and the opportunity it provides for enhancing connections to the community. In the lobby, stadium seating abuts a café area and coffee bar, encouraging interaction and providing casual work zones, while also accommodating large events – both public and private. A mezzanine “Design Lounge” connects the lobby with the workspaces above and serves as a public collaboration zone, offering a range of workspace options. Upstairs, work areas are highly flexible, meeting the needs of both individual and large-team work. Gensler’s own Workplace Research informed all details of this new office’s design; attention to ergonomics, acoustics, air quality, craftsmanship, and the incorporation of nature promote the well-being and performance of all staff.
