今年是芝作室正式成立以来第七个年头。我们团队一直有着共同的目标：在每个设计项目中不断尝试，追求突破，希望创作更有趣的体验、更精致的完成度。在经过一系列小型项目的锻炼后，我们积累了一点经验、认识很多位合作拍档；

2019 marks the 7th year of Lukstudio. Throughout the years, we have been pursuing the same goal: take each project as an experiment and challenge the status quo; create new narratives with space and strive for better quality in their realization. After a series of small-scale projects, we have accumulated a little experience and acquainted many great partners.

接下来，我们更希望透过自己的设计视野去挑战城市模式，探索建筑与自然的共存关系，让设计不至沦为照片上的故事，而能切实地改变人们的思维习惯.

In the years to come, we aim to explore more the kind of architecture and design that could coexist with nature and our environment. We hope that our work is not only known as attractive images, but it should actively shift our thoughts and habits towards better ways of living.

我们深信设计的价值在于它能改善我们唯一共享的世界。

We believe design should be about improving the world that we share.

We thank everyone who was or has been part of Lukstudio, every bit of your creativity and hardwork contributes to our growth. We are still a small company, though slowly but surely, we have established a better structure with more defined roles at the office. Coming up is the May 1

我们现在长宁路上的办公室空间虽然比较宽敞，我们还挺怀念上一个有庭院的工作环境的，希望以后有机会再找个地方自己建个办公建筑出来。

Our current office on Changning Road is definitely more spacious, but we secretly wish one day we get to build our own office again like the one before with a courtyard.

除了努力工作想方案，设计师都是需要多看这世界，开阔视野的。我们每隔一到两年也会试着组织旅游团，边玩边学。 这是摄于2014年的东京游，在FOA 设计的横滨港口感受一下公共设计把人联系的力量：

Apart from working hard, architects and designers yearn to see the world, take a break to dream a little. Every year or so, we try to squeeze some eye-opening archi-tours among our deadlines. The first one was to Tokyo in 2014, we visited the Yokohama Pier by FOA and witnessed how great public architecture can bring people together:

2016年我们去了越南，赞叹Vo Trong Nghia的竹子建筑。

We enjoyed a long weekend in Vietnam and admired the bamboo structure by Vo Trong Nghia in 2016.

2016年经过很多熬夜赶图后，我们还去了一趟莫干山。早上走山路，看竹林；

We missed nature after a few deadlines, so a hiking weekend in the bamboo forest at Moganshan was in need.

Before leaving our 2nd office back in 2017, we transformed the familiar space into an art gallery for a night and had a memorable party.

2017年我们一大团人到青海旅游，曲折的路途换来惊艳的美景，大家都不舍离开盐湖

We also had an adventure in Qinghai the same year. It was not an easy journey, but the experience of natural beauty was rewarding. Saying goodbye to the Salt Lake took us a while.

We visited Sifang Architectural Park in 2018 and took advantage of this minimal wall at the exhibition tower by Steven Holl.

芝作室相信一个创作的团队需要充满正能量才有好作品。基于一个正面的环境，才会有团结的精神，互补长短，互相帮助。 在和谐的工作环境中，成员能更自如地表达意见、实验、创作，这样个人与团队都能健康成长。

Lukstudio believes that positive energy is essential to a creative team and its output. Currently we are looking for the following roles:

商务助理任职资格建筑、商务或市场营销本科及以上学历；至少拥有2年以上行政、业务开发或客服经验，拥有在建筑、设计等有关邻域的工作经验者优先；有较强的学习、分析、应变、跟进能力，有责任心与良好的团队合作精神；优秀的中英文口语与写作能力在起草与翻译中英文报价书及合同文件方面经验丰富能够在压力和建设性的批评下上进工作；熟练使用Office等办公软件；具备平面设计能力者优先工作内容充分了解公司内部营运现状，工作特性与设计案例；多方面接收了解市场行情、开拓商机与总监沟通商务目标与规划行动进行潜在客户的发掘与前期接触，维护既有客户关系；与甲方保持良好沟通，负责项目报价与合同管理扽工作；与行政、财政、设计部保存沟通，积极解决问题与推进项目负责商务各项报表的管理及分析

i. Business Development Manager

Qualifications

Major in architecture, design, business administration or marketing

A minimum of 2-year-working experience in relevant business development or customer service roles. Experience in architectural, design or development field is a plus.

Possess creative, analytical and proactive thinking; a responsible team player and a diligent learner

Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese

Meticulous in contract reviewing process and strategic in contract negotiation

Work well under pressure and constructive criticism

Proficient in Office softwares; graphic ability is a plus

Responsibilities

Possess thorough knowledge of the company strength and portfolio

Enthusiastic about the design industry and keep up-to-date with the market

Establish business goals and action plans with director

Cultivates existing and new business relationships

Initial project communication, quotation and negotiation

Work closely with finance and design departments to ensure smooth project flow

Estimate and evaluate projects by producing data charts for internal discussion

ii. 媒体助理

任职资格

建筑、设计、新闻媒体、等相关专业本科及以上学历；

对建筑、设计业界新闻保持触觉

具备良好的空间理解能力、图纸整理能力，能进行编辑、排版和平面设计等工作；

优秀的中英文读写能力；

具备优秀的沟通能力和良好的人际关系，团队协作能力；

针对公司宣传与推广有良好的策划、创新和执行能力；

从事过媒体及宣传领域相关工作，有建筑杂志或新媒体运营经验优先；

工作内容

公司设计项目文案的撰写、图片排版与描述、媒体投稿发布；

管理官方网站与其他国内外媒体平台的更新，协助各类宣传工作与公司活动；

与外界媒体保持良好联系、拓宽媒体宣传推广渠道；

设计类奖项的申请与协调；

其他媒体运营相关工作；

ii. Marketing & Public Relations Manager

Qualifications

Major in communications or literature; having an architectural or design background is a plus

Previous working experience in press and design marketing roles is a plus

Enthusiastic about the design industry and keep up-to-date with the field

Possess excellent comprehension in design and capable to present projects in both words and graphics.

Eloquent in both English and Chinese, additional language is an asset

Excellent communication and marketing skills; a team player

Responsibilities

Assist in company presentation and project description writing

Update portfolio and website on a regular basis

Manage media relations, both Chinese and Western platforms

In charge of social media content and press management

Awards application and coordination
