OB 37 sets in the Cairo’s downtown pattern. The plot has an irregular shape that includes a ten storeys
building and the access of the streets come from three sides. The most challenging issue of the
project has the relation with the context of the city: the curtain wall facade is mixed with the the using
of natural Egyptian sand stone that reminds to the historical architectures present in downtown.
The first two floors are destined for the main lobby, a coffee shop and two banks The interior space
of the upper levels is flexible gives the chance to use it for multiple solutions: from small independent
offices to open space big company.
