本案是一个二手房改造，三口之家，女业主是一名幼儿园教师，喜欢跳跃的色彩，拥有满满的童心.男业主是一名上班族，小朋友还在读幼儿园，每当结束一天的忙碌，回到家中，一家三口能拾起一段趣味的温柔时光，体验家的点滴.合着午后的阳光与清风，弹一首自己喜欢的钢琴曲，时光慢慢，享受生活

This case is a second-hand house renovation, a family of three, the female owner is a kindergarten teacher, like jumping color, with a full childlike innocence. Male owner is an office worker, the child is still in kindergarten. Every time after a busy day, when we come back home, the three of us can pick up an interesting and gentle time to experience the little bits of home. With the afternoon sun and wind, play a favorite piano music, time slowly, enjoy life……

Space optimization

1.厨房打开，不设限制，与餐厅相融，增加采光

2.借用儿童房空间给餐厅放置冰箱

3.阳台取消移门，将空间划入客厅，整体感更强

4.入户玄关内退，利用背后空间增加一组收纳柜

门厅Lobby

入户玄关设计成一个曲面，曲面的线条同时也柔化了光线和阴影

The entryway is designed as a curved surface, the lines of which also soften the light and shadows.

柔和过度将视线引向弧形门洞，这种曲面与弧线的不间断使用，模糊了墙体错位的空间关系

Soft excessively leads the line of sight to the arc door hole, this kind of curved surface and arc continuous use blurred the spatial relationship of the wall dislocation.

餐厅Dining room

开放厨房与餐厅卡座的一体化设计，让空间通透明净，便于一家人其乐融融的交流.厨房和餐厅通过地面不同材质的拼接，显而易见地划分了区域，也更容易进入各个区间的特定氛围

The integrated design of open kitchen and dining room booth makes the space transparent and clean, facilitating the happy communication of the whole family. The kitchen and dining room are clearly divided by the different materials of the floor and are more easily accessible to the specific atmosphere of the various sections.

厨房空间有限,冰箱设置在餐厅

The kitchen space is limited and the refrigerator is located in the dining room.

为了餐厅空间的最大化利用，采用了卡座的形式,卡座下方设计收纳，方便储物

In order to maximize the use of restaurant space, the form of a booth, the booth below the design received, convenient storage.

卡座的弧形边角打开进门视角，减少入户局促感

The arc-shaped corner of the booth opens the Angle of view, reducing the sense of constraint.

卡座的黄色软包，使空间更有张力和弹性

The yellow soft package of the booth makes the space more tensional and elastic.

厨房Kitchen

户型面积不大，采光又集中在厨房和阳台，所以采用开放式厨房的设计，将厨房的光线最大程度的引入室内，让三个平行区间保证视线流通.厨房里最美的烟火气，不是一个人的锅碗瓢盆，而是一家人的欢声笑语

Door model area is not big, daylighting is concentrated in the kitchen and balcony again, use the design of open type kitchen so, introduce the light of the kitchen maximum degree indoor, let 3 parallel interval ensure line of sight is current. The most beautiful fireworks in the kitchen, is not a person’s POTS and pans, but the family’s laughter.

利用厨房转角的承重柱，做了一个小吧台，既是厨房台面的一个延伸，又满足了早餐桌的功能。

The bearing column that uses kitchen corner, did a small stage, an outspread since kitchen mesa, satisfied the function of breakfast table again.

透明的亚克力吧台腿让空间更通透明亮。最喜欢这个视角的小吧台，有种悠然的宁静和岁月静好的安逸。

Transparent acrylic bar legs make the space more transparent and bright. Like the small bar of this Angle of view most, have a kind of carefree quiet and years quiet good and easy.

厨房的最大的亮点就是大面积小粉砖的铺贴，将这个小小的厨房衬的温馨自然。

客厅Living room

客厅空间的合理改造与巧妙优化，将空间功能发挥到极致，通过对生活细节的反复打磨，让空间有温度，充分契合了业主对生活品质的追求

The reasonable transformation and ingenious optimization of the living room space give full play to the space function. Through repeated polishing of life details, the space has temperature, which fully conforms to the owner’s pursuit of life quality.

客厅的布局落落大方，浅灰色的沙发搭配浅色条纹地毯以及圆形高低茶几，使空间温暖而又不失格调

The layout of the living room is elegant, with light grey sofas paired with light-coloured striped carpet and round high and low coffee tables, making the space warm but stylish.

如书所诉，温暖的家

As the book tells us, a warm home.

沙发背后利用空间原始凹陷结构，打造一个开放的陈列区，单独跳跃的色彩增加空间的趣味和美观

Behind the sofa, the original sunken structure of the space is used to create an open display area. The jumping color alone increases the interest and beauty of the space.

阳台Balcony

墙顶一体的桦木胶合板整体包裹，搭配特色花砖，凸显阳台休闲质感

The integrated birch plywood on the top of the wall is combined with characteristic tiles to highlight the casual texture of the balcony.

主卧Master room

卧室内各种相近色系，床背景、床品，木色柜门，褐色窗帘.让不同的纹理相互平衡融合，使空间整洁舒适带来素雅、淡然之美

All kinds of similar colors in the bedroom, bed background, bed products, wooden cabinet doors, brown curtains. Let different textures balance each other, make the space neat and comfortable to bring the beauty of simple elegance and indifference.

浅色系主宰整个空间，织物抱枕带给主人居家休闲的气氛

Light color fastens dominate whole space, fabric holds pillow to bring host the atmosphere that resides recreational home.

儿童房

Children’s room

儿童房空间划分了一部分到餐厅，利用冰箱两侧的退让空间，设计了两组柜子满足儿童房的储物需求

Children’s room space is divided into a part to the dining room, using the concession space on both sides of the refrigerator, designed two groups of cabinets to meet the storage needs of children’s room.

选择了一面彩色的墙画，增加空间趣味性

The wall painting that chose a side color, increase dimensional interest rate.

黑板墙的背后，是餐厅的冰箱空间.

Behind the blackboard wall, is the refrigerator space of the dining room.

卫生间

Toilet

空间局限，只有淋浴房内有采光.地面和墙面大面积的白砖铺贴，让空间更干净明亮，半墙砖半乳胶漆的设计减少单调给空间注入一丝活力

The space is limited, only the shower room has light. The white brick shop of ground and metope large area is stuck, let a space more clean and bright, the design of half wall brick half emulsoid lacquer reduces drab to infuse a vigor to the space.
