在 SWS Group 一直以来的设计旅程中，当代艺术美学与空间精神内涵的融粹互映、理性与情怀的交相融洽，是一以贯之的探索方向。位于“太湖明珠”无锡的招银华庄璟萃销售处，是 SWS Group 的近期新作。

In the design journey of SWS Group all the time, the fusion of contemporary art aesthetics and the spiritual connotation of space, and the harmony of reason and feelings are consistent directions of exploration. Located in the "Pearl of Tai Lake" Wuxi, the Original Masion sales gallery is a recent work of SWS Group.

追溯重塑筑造

游览于欧洲古城拱廊下美学领悟，延续并注入现代设计中，构筑大都会风格的艺术灵魂。此次设计风格就是把无锡文化与大都会艺术气息慢慢渗透到空间中，将人文、设计、艺术融合，给人一种全新的体验。记忆的触发点往往在不经意的细节中，曲线交错的设计手法，其构成随光线而变化，从而调动人情感萌发。

Touring under the arcades of ancient European cities, the aesthetic comprehension is injected into the modern design, and the soul of metropolitan style is constructed in the space. This design style penetrates the space of Wuxi culture and metropolitan art, and integrates humanities, design and art, giving people a brand new experience.

所见即所得——踏入展厅，鲜明耀眼，雍容典雅，这里即是未来的入户大堂。作为回家必经的中庭，标志性的建筑构造出“家”的印象。

同时，项目将高品质的与精细的设计展现于售楼展厅的设计细节中，让人踏入空间后，即可从视觉与触觉中体会。也展现了本案不定义空间界限，打破传统模式，让鲜明的设计风格和典雅尊贵的定位融入城市人居生活。

The project displays high-quality and delicate design in the different design details of the sales exhibition hall, so that people can experience it from the visual and tactile senses after entering the space. It also shows the spirit of the project that does not define space boundaries and breaks the traditional model.

大都会的摩登时尚风韵，融构华丽而古典的印象，诠释空间的艺术灵魂。通过材料和古典的结合，采用阵列叠级元素有韵律地在空间展开，同时有大面积柔和而有层次的浅色调和局部对比色调的运用，石材与金属的碰撞展现了空间的典雅和庄重。

设计团队希望打造一个能够放松的空间体验，在快节奏的城市里享有一处优美、精致、闲静的展厅。

The design team hopes to create a relaxing space experience, in a fast-paced city with a beautiful, delicate and quiet space with life aesthetics. Through the combination of materials and classics, an array of stacked elements is used to spread rhythmically in the space. At the same time, there is a large area of soft and layered light tones and the use of partial contrasting tones. The collision of stone and metal shows the elegance and solemnity of the space.

顺着景观通道步入室内，中轴对称的格局，稳重大方的基调，简洁有力，横向与竖向交错，让空间功能之间互动、延展、分割。

Entering the interior along the landscape passage, the central axis is symmetrical, with a steady and generous tone, concise and powerful, horizontal and vertical staggered, allowing the interaction, extension and division of space functions.

接待区，运用了简化的放射状金属管元素结合灯光重塑装饰主题，既有大都会的厚重，也有现代的轻快。环形接待台将人的需求与实用性纳入设计，打造一个圆形的礼仪入口。中心矗立的核心筒与繁星灯光结合更加诗意磅礴，迎接着宾客的到来，营造灵动而又不失庄重的仪式感。

In the reception lobby, simplified radial metal tube elements combined with lighting are used to reshape the decoration theme, which is not only the heaviness of a metropolis, but also the modern briskness. The circular reception desk incorporates people's needs and practicality into the design, creating a circular ceremonial entrance. The combination of the core tube standing in the center and the starry lights is more poetic and majestic, welcoming the arrival of guests, creating a clever yet solemn sense of ceremony.

沙盘区，灯光装置承袭宝格丽珠宝质感，强调空间层次感和开阔，整体考量推敲尺度细节，轻奢尊贵充溢在设计的细节，营造一种具有秩序感和礼赞感的生活方式。

In the site model, the lighting installations inherit the texture of Bulgari's jewelry, emphasizing the sense of spatial hierarchy and openness, and the overall consideration of scale and details, creating a sense of order and a sense of praise.

洽谈区，以规整的轴线和统一的元素层叠阵列重复运用，变化无穷，当代艺术美学与都会空间精神内涵的融粹互映、理性与情怀在这里交相融洽，休闲咖啡吧舒缓人心的咖啡香气，沉浸式氛围享受，打造多元化售楼空间。

洽谈区散发着优雅简美的魅力，Art Deco的线条装饰性在空间中被灵活运用，以重复、对称的美学方式围合起空间的秩序感。设计不止于对传统复古的传承塑造，更融入了现代简约形制来缓和古典繁冗的沉闷感，空间雅致大方的气质呼之欲出。

Art Deco's line decoration is flexibly used in the space, enclosing the sense of order in the space with repetitive and symmetrical aesthetics. 经过中庭电梯通往二层，区域之间灵动相见，以线和面拉开空间气场，从色彩、光影与空间气质刻画心中的大都会，通过色彩的统一品的延续提升空间的质感和氛围。
