说在前面

以功能为主导思维对空间进行分区，运用简练的点线面构成方式打破空间分区的孤立性，点到即止，面面呼应，直线、斜线与点和面之间的穿插构成，让整个办公空间更有力量，极少色块的点缀让空间更有温度和情怀。体块与体块之间拆开再组合，重新构筑干净舒适的办公空间。

原始户型图

1.本案地处成都市高新区，毗邻铁像寺水街商业群。

2.建筑属于写字楼商业结构，空间狭长不利于布局。

3.户型方正，但视觉单一，需要解决功能与美观问题。

改造后平面图

1.1F增设玄关区域、把楼梯藏于玄关背后，增大户型利用面积。

2.把1F卫生间缩小，做斜角转折处理，释放玄关视野。

3.1F设置水吧区和会客第一洽谈区。

4.2F在楼梯左侧设置会客第二洽谈区，利用凸出柱子的造型和物料展示柜做整体造型设计。

5.拆除2F左侧墙体，设置多功能区，增加空间利用率，左侧设置陈列储物柜。

6.把2F右侧位置打造成办公区，享受最直接的微风和阳光。

PORCH玄关

入口玄关背景设计成半镂空形式，使得玄关视觉变大，同时也起到遮挡楼梯的作用，让外界和工作室内部有更好的过度。

WATERBARAREA

水吧区

考虑到会客洽谈的需要，和平时工作期间的些许小憩，水吧区设置吧台，靠墙设计操作台，既可以是与客户沟通洽谈的空间，也可以是工作闲时的一杯咖啡和浓茶的地方。

Taking into account the needs of meeting guests, during normal work, a bar is set up in the water bar area, and the console is designed against the wall. It can be a space for communication and negotiation with customers, or a cup of coffee and strong tea during work. place.

ChATAREA

洽谈区

在1F朝向最好的位置设计成第一会客洽谈区，没有选用常规很正式的桌椅布局，而是按照最最舒服、随性的方式来打造，布艺沙发、单人沙发椅、根据需求可移动的边几，阳光透过木质百叶帘，给人无限舒心、轻松自由的感受。这样的空间打造让采光通风更好的通往工作室内部空间，也让1F的功能合理的利用起来。

It is designed as the first meeting area in the best position on the 1F. Instead of using conventional and formal tables and chairs, it is built in the most comfortable and casual way. Fabric sofas, single sofa chairs, and other custom-made sofas are available as required. On the moving side table, the sun shines through the wooden venetian blinds, giving people a feeling of infinite comfort, relaxation and freedom. This kind of space creation allows lighting and ventilation to better lead to the interior space of the studio, and also allows rational use of the functions of the 1F.

STAIRCASE

楼梯间

保留了原有钢结构楼梯，拆除不锈钢扶手，采用石膏板做楼梯扶手造型，赋予楼梯设计感。

The original steel structure stairs are retained, the stainless steel handrails are removed, and gypsum board is used as the stair handrails to give the stairs a sense of design.

WORKSPACE

办公区

办公室也设置在2F朝向最好的地方，顺其采光、让2F自然采光最大化，让大家工作的状态发挥到最佳，也能舒心轻松的应对各项事务，物料展示柜和储物柜的组合设计，既满足材料选样与陈列，也满足了工作室日常收纳需要。

The office is also set up in the best facing place on 2F, letting light go along, and maximizing natural lighting on 2F, so that everyone can work in the best state, and they can also deal with various affairs comfortably and easily, such as material display cabinets and storage cabinets. 卫生间

卫生间选用深色质感的艺术漆、水泥砖，打造深邃沉静的视觉感受。
