INTRODUCTION
The main idea of this project is curved lines that are formed based on 10 curved lines. Each of these lines creates waves, and each of these waves is named after an individual from the group who was influential in this building process. The person who had the most impact in this project has created a larger wave. In the next stage, we used slicing technique to simulate these waves so that group members could cut volumes in a short time and install them in place. The preferred colors in this volumetric were red and black along with their shadows because we could have the maximum impact from different angles.
In this period, people are divided into two groups. The first group consisted of 6 people, each responsible for financial matters and installation and procurement of parts. The second group, due to more experience, assisted the first group in installation and painting in this period.
This period also includes two parts. In the preliminary round, which consists of 7 sessions, students will learn about volumes, materials, modeling tools and techniques. After that, there are 4 sessions, of which 2 sessions were informal. In total, 10 students were divided into 2 main groups under the supervision of Vania Shekhi:
Modeling and Software : Modeling and Laser group
In this stage, volumes were first created using Grasshopper, expanded and then prepared for laser cutting. They were then placed on 120x90 cm sheets in a way that takes up the least amount of space. In the next part, the required material was chosen as 1.6 mm MDf sheets for laser cutting.
Coloring and Installation: Mohammad Farhamand, Tina Rahimi, Fatemeh Emani
In this group, the surfaces of the cut pieces were first painted black and then to paint the edges of the pieces, they were placed next to each other in a way to cast shadows and we painted them red acrylic. After the pieces were painted, we placed them on a 90x120 board at a distance of 1.2 millimeters in a way that they are perpendicular to the horizontal surface. After installing the laser-cut pieces, one person from the group started inspecting and marking with a magic marker to fix the painting defects. Also in this section, group members, due to lack of enough time, used an auxiliary group consisting of Mebina Nikkhah, Shoroo Baqerpour, Pariya Soleimani and Bahareh Dovlati.
