Heidelberg's Luxury and Premium Parking Garage PARKSEVEN is a project showcasing premium Qbiss One metal facade solutions by Trimo. This exclusive facility is designed to house classic and vintage cars, sports cars, luxury SUVs, seasonal and premium vehicles, and convertibles and ensures their privacy and safety through video surveillance and daily guidance by property managers. 

The building's aesthetic resonates with its purpose - a stylish facade featuring our Qbiss One in a sophisticated golden hue and large glass elements, creating an architectural synergy and elegance that complements the facility's core mission of safeguarding extravagant vehicles.

Qbiss One modular metal facade is distinguished by the unique rounded corner of the element, which provides a superior aesthetic appearance whilst also preventing any potential threat of corrosion. All other available products on the market usually use a “cut and fold” design that needs to be sealed manually and then touched-up with paint. The disadvantage of those systems is that it causes leakage so it's very prone to eventual rusting. 

It is fully prefabricated, produced in a controlled environment, which also results in one of its many benefits - quick, precise and efficient installation, up to 40% faster than traditional multi-part built-up system. The custom building envelope formula by Trimo was implemented in this project too, emphasizing paramount fire safety measures. Utilizing non-combustible A2-s1,d0 mineral wool insulation and a high-level fire-resistant facade, the design ensures that vehicles remain safeguarded in the event of a fire.

Selecting the right facade color is pivotal in crafting distinctive architecture. Considering the facility's purpose, the architects thoughtfully opted for a golden hue for the facade elements. The Qbiss One facade system, renowned for its exceptional technical attributes and visual appeal, easily adapts to any vision of space. To cater to various customer requirements, a comprehensive selection of colors and coatings is available, perfectly suited for both the external and internal skin of Qbiss One elements.
