“民宿”代表了一种最炙手可热的生活方式，来自设计界、投资界、金融界等行业的人纷纷投入到民宿行业中。

时至 2017年，随着民宿投资和品牌竞争进入白热化阶段，具有影响力的优质民宿品牌纷纷出走，抱团寻找新的绿洲，位于长三角腹地的南京溧水无想山南，因其良好的自然条件及深厚的文化底蕴，进入了民宿行业的视野。

第8届AIM年度大赛“聚无想 居山南”南京溧水无想山南民宿设计竞赛于2017年10月21日在无想山南启动，用最优的落地政策、诱人的奖金，鼓励各位设计师与民宿主搭配，共同实现落地梦想。

With the bed and breakfast investment and brand competition turn white-hot I 2017, the influential quality of bed and breakfast brands have walked out to look for a new oasis in group, South Wuxiang Mountain of Lishui Nanjing located in the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta, has entered the vision of the B & B industry due to its good natural conditions and deep cultural heritage.

The Eighth AIM Annual Competition B&B Design Competition will be held in South of Wuxiang Mountain in Nanjing on October 21, 2017. There are the best landing policy, attractive bonus encourage designers and owners of B&B to cooperate with each other and achieve landing dream together.

设计师用自己的专业知识及创新思维，了解当地文化，思考建筑的构造，从而为小地方创造更美好、舒适的生活空间。民宿主用自己的情怀与想法，让每一位踏入村落的客人们回归本真的故里，在这栋建筑里感受「正规不正式」的隐居生活。

此次竞赛鼓励民宿品牌创始人+设计师团队联合组队，首期针对无想山南片区薛家、小刘家渡、水晶村、李在凤、诸家和东山头多个村落进行定向设计，在整体定位，村域规划，产业生态、公共景观及单体民宿设计各方面提出富有创意且适宜落地的方案。

评选将由专家组评审和公众投票两部分组成，其中专家评审加公众投票将决定36个入围团队，而专家组评审结果则决定最终名次。

Designers created a better and more comfortable living space for small places by using their professional knowledge, knowing about local culture and considering architectural frame. Owners of B&B made every arrived guest return to their sincere homeland and experience relaxed reclusion in the building with their feelings and thoughts.

The competition encourages the B & B owners and the designer teams to form into teams, and make the directional design from one site among the villages of Xuejia, Xiaoliujiadu, Shuijing Village, Li Zaifeng, Zhujia and Dongshantou in South Wuxiang Mountain region, with the design area of not less than 1000 square meters, and they can put forward creative programs suitable for implementation in various aspects of the overall positioning, village planning, industrial ecology, public landscape and single bed and breakfast design.

The selection will be composed of two groups: the expert group for the review and the public to vote, among which the expert review and the public vote will decide 36 finalists, and the review results of the expert panel will determine the final ranking.

签署运营投资合作协议后，组委会按建筑面积不超过1000㎡，土建每平米1500元标准进行建设补贴，房租2 年免租 2 年租减半。

After the signing of the operation and investment cooperation agreement, the organizing committee will provide construction subsidies in the standard with the construction area of not more than 1000 square meters and 1500 yuan per square for the civil construction meter, 2 years of rent is free and the next 2 years of rent are in half.

无想山，距禄口国际机场14公里，由地铁7号线直接连通，距南京主城区约40分钟车程。随着2013年溧水的撤县改区，一系列新型城镇化建设随之开展，溧水城南无想山，植被丰富，森林覆盖率高，人文历史景点遍布，随着其艺术性，公共性，可达性的提升，无想山也必将成为南京及长三角都市圈周边游的目的地与新名片。

通过民宿品牌征集及落地实践，将为无想山全域旅游提供非标住宿产品的基础支撑，更重要的是在民宿行业的转型期，通过整体规划和景区产业布局，为民宿品牌集群发展开辟了一条全新路径，引导行业向专业化及有序化迈进。

South Wuxiang Mountain is 14 km from Lukou International Airport and directly connected by the Metro Line 7, and there’s about 40 minutes’ driving from downtown Nanjing. As Lishui County was withdrew and became a district in 2013, a series of new urbanization construction had been carried out, Wuxiang Mountain south of Lishui is rich in vegetation, high forest coverage, and scattered by the cultural and historical attractions, as the promotion of its s artistry, publicity and accessibility, Wuxiang Mountain will surely become the destination and the new business card for the short distance round Nanjing and the Yangtze River Delta metropolitan area.

The B & B brand collection and landing practice, shall provide based support to non-standard accommodation products from the whole range tourism of Wuxiang Mountain, and more importantly, in the transition period of the B & B industry, the overall planning and scenic industry layout will open up a new path for the cluster development of the B & B brands, and guide the industry move forwards the professionalism and ordering.

作为“以关注青年建筑师的成长”为目标而发起的“AIM青年建筑师的使命国际赛”AIM（Architects In Mission），始于2010年的中国北京，是由一群拥有激情和活力的中外建筑师发起的年度国际性建筑设计竞赛。自2010-2017年，AIM竞赛吸引了全球七十多个国家和地区的12000多名青年建筑师加入了这个令人激动的竞赛，并获得国内外建筑院校、设计同仁以及开发商的支持,频繁在国外专业媒体上曝光，竞赛的主题包含：老厂房改造、海岛改造、帐篷竞赛、联合办公设计、新型电影工坊设计、主建筑竞赛等。
