"El Rincón del Chez is a small space, of about 15 square meters, previously occupied by an ice-cream shop linked to the adjoining bar, which has been transformed for wine tasting and saling.
It is integrated into the Estafeta Street -well known for being part of the running of the bulls during the San Fermin feasts- by using textures and forms of pavements from the street, trying to materialize a small covered fragment of street, as a refuge with diffuse boundarys.
Walls, ceiling and furniture are made of oak wood and cementitious finished panels, referring to materials usually present in the winemaking process."
