“集市”的概念趋势O2商店要进行革新,把它们变成现代商场。客户体验台要在最显眼的位置,因为那儿能够最接近客户,了解他们的喜好。O2的宗旨就是在包括慕尼黑旗舰店的德国其它分店给客户特殊的购物体验。为了直接接近客户并且给他们提供服务,设计师设计了十分宽敞且让人感觉受欢迎的空间,摆放着家庭使用或者随身携带的各类产品。哪里需要提供服务和信息,哪里就有娱乐和互动。

he Marketplace concept heralds the next generation of O2 shops and transforms them into modern markets. Here, approaching the customer emotionally through customer experiences stands in the foreground. The objective is a special sustainable shopping experience, implemented in central branch stores throughout Germany including the flagship store in Munich.
Proximity to the customer and straightforward support. For this, we designed a spacious, welcoming spatial concept, arranged along the offerings for home use and on the go. Individually designed areas and surfaces in the branch stores set the scene while incorporating the respective region in a mixture of Tape Art and environment.Entertainment and interaction, where they assist service and information. An overarching media concept synchronizes entertainment formats, independent perusal of product information and edited Pushed News.
