On the upper floor, the designer integrates the attitude of life and humanistic care, and sets up the luxurious living room, such as the tea-tasting leisure area, the landscape area, the multi-functional area, the art salon and the reading area, just like the happiness Rubik's Cube, not only to provide shelter for the owners of public social places, but also under the unlimited life imagination.
邻里和睦，茶水往来。品茶区以茶会友，闲品生活、乐尝烟火。茶水浮沉间时间慢趟，情感愈加浓厚。清欢入喉，茶浓处，饮醉风华。

艺术沙龙区通过艺术表达，探寻人与空间和谐共生的奥秘。空间规划可供儿童学习玩乐及亲子阅读，触目所及处空间有序，高级感和艺术感并存。

休闲区的开敞式空间兼具洽谈功能，米灰色的皮质沙发与空间整体色调和谐统一，柔软的抱枕、大理石茶几与活力绿植营造了一种温馨舒适的氛围。
