安徽亳膳堂药膳特色餐厅，以独特的饮食烹调技术和科学的方法制作而成的药膳饮食菜品，大众点评排名第一私房菜馆。打造地方特色餐饮设计品牌，研究其地域文化也是一种设计方法，华佗亳膳堂特色餐厅即如此。

The food and beverage restaurant with the unique culinary skills and scientific method is the first private restaurant in the restaurant. It is also a design method to build local specialty catering design brand and study its regional culture.

汉文化是大气的，高大、开阔、简谱、古拙，刚正是汉风楚韵的精髓。以汉文化作为汉唐餐厅的品牌文化，最能体现亳膳堂餐厅的文化。然而有限的空间不可能将博大高古的汉文化尽显，因此我们通过概括提炼高度总结，提出溯古亦今的设计方法，在保留汉文化精髓的前提下，以现代简洁的设计风格塑造出古朴简练的新中式就餐环境，从而提升餐厅品牌的整体形象。

Han culture is the atmosphere, tall, open, simple, ancient, just the essence of the Chinese style. As the brand culture of han tang restaurant, Chinese culture can best reflect the culture of the restaurant. Limited space, however, it is not possible to the great ancient Chinese culture all show, so we through refining height is generalized, and the design method of tracing the ancient and modem is proposed, under the premise that retain the quintessence of Chinese culture, with the design style of contemporary and concise model a new Chinese style of primitive simplicity is elegant dining environment, so as to enhance the overall image of the restaurant brands.

“古拙”之感，本案重点是通过“拙”来体现“古”，给空间和产品注入一种“古法”的神秘感。

The sense of "ancient self", the focus of this case is to reflect "ancient" through "bad", to inject a kind of "ancient law" mystery to the space and products.

“健康”、“含蓄”、“古拙”、“大气”是对安徽亳膳堂药膳特色餐厅设计最好的诠释。

"Health", "implication", "ancient self" and "atmosphere" are the best interpretation of the design of the medicinal food restaurant of the anhui middle school.
