Clayton Woodley had a life-changing accident in 2014 that left him in a wheelchair for 4 months. During that recovery time he re-evaluated his life, spirituality, and aspirations. Later that year after learning to walk again and saving some funds he left New York to travel the world nomadically. After traveling to 34 countries over 6 continents he returned back to Brooklyn with the finished debut fine art photo series “Dreams to Awaken”. The work is a conversation between the divine feminine and mother nature. He sees the body work as meditation and process larger than him in which he is just playing his role.
