The project is located within Domain Precinct, a key hub area, adjacent to parks, beaches and the central business district.

The entire 18 floors contain high-end residences, offices, and a complete suite of amenities.

建筑师 Pete Kennon 和 Crema 总监 Nicolas Crema

整体项目由 Crema 开发，建筑设计由 Peter Kennon 负责，Kennon 致力于通过精心的设计和充满可能性的空间，来改善居民的居住体验。

The overall project was developed by Crema and the building was designed by Peter Kennon, who is committed to improving the living experience of the residents through careful design and Spaces full of possibilities.

建筑物呈现出现代主义风格，外立面大量的使用了混凝土柱和玻璃，柱体从内部延伸至外墙，营造出一种私密感、厚实感和永恒感。

The building takes on a modernist style, with a heavy use of concrete columns and glass on the facade, which extends from the inside to the outside walls, creating a sense of privacy, thickness and permanence.

 室内设计 

Interior design

项目的室内设计部分由 Mim Design 的著名室内设计师 Miriam Fanning 负责，她以其创造力、高端的装饰和对细节的把控著称，高度定制和个性化的服务备受推崇。

The interior Design part of the project is led by Mim Design's renowned interior designer Miriam Fanning, who is known for her creativity, high-end decoration and control of details. Her highly customized and personalized service is highly appreciated.

36 套豪华公寓每套都拥有独立的电梯，居民除了能直接抵达自己家中，还可以到达水疗中心、泳池以及行政酒廊，完美的保护了住户的隐私。

Each of the 36 luxury apartments has its own elevator, giving residents direct access to their homes, as well as the spa, pool and executive lounge, providing perfect privacy.

抛光石膏墙面、不锈钢的电梯门框以及大面积的镜面元素，

营造出粗糙与精致的对比。

Polished plaster walls, stainless steel elevator door frames and a large area of mirror elements,

Create a rough and delicate contrast.

公寓位于塔楼的 6 到 17层，每一层约有 500 ㎡，被分成 125㎡ 到 250 ㎡ 大小不一的豪华公寓，售价在 165万美元到 365 万美元之间。

The apartments are located on the tower's six to 17 floors, each with about 500 square meters, and are divided into luxury apartments in sizes from 125 to 250 square meters, priced between $1.65 million and $3.65 million.

公寓内还设置有恒温酒窖，拼接元素被运用到墙面上，抛光的石膏、

大理石以及黑色的木饰面营造出典雅的氛围。

The apartment also has a temperature-controlled wine cellar, spliced elements are applied to the wall, polished plaster,

Marble and black wood finishes create an elegant atmosphere.

整个卧室都覆盖有地毯，墙面依然延续了抛光石膏与木材的组合，呈现出丰富的层次感，大色块的使用也不会让人觉得杂乱，屋内也能看到的混凝土柱带来庄重又不失优雅的感觉。

The whole bedroom is covered have carpet, metope still continued the combination of polishing gesso and lumber, present a rich administrative levels feels, the use of big color block also won't let a person feel disorderly, the concrete column that also can see inside the house brings grave do not break elegant feeling.

书房内用深色系的木材制造出宁静的氛围，

The wood that USES brunet fastens inside the study makes halcyon atmosphere,

The open bookcase on the upper level and the bookcase on the lower level form a virtual contrast.

Supporting facilities

公寓楼底层包含咖啡厅、餐厅及酒吧，5 楼还有一个私人酒廊，为居民的餐饮提供了便利。低层空间还包含大量的办公空间，混凝土柱与玻璃门窗的搭配依旧亮眼。

The ground floor contains a cafe, restaurant and bar, and on the fifth floor there is a private lounge, which facilitates dining. The lower level also contains a large amount of office space, and the combination of concrete columns and glass doors and Windows is still bright.
