Via Cordillera was born as a development with an extension of 120 hectares of multiple uses developed by Desarrollos Delta and designed by Architect Mario Schjetnan.
As a trigger for the area was a second project called Via Cordillera which consists of the master plan to develop mixed-use buildings using the circle as an integrating figure of everything. This circle is repeated in concentric form generating avenues and ramblas depending on the importance of the arteries to reach the central part where the commercial areas are located. On the outside ring there are residential and mixed-use areas.
This Urban Center develops within a circle, where buildings of all types are obtained, achieving a concept of a city within the city, where you can do all kinds of activities within the same site.
Once this whole concept was successfully developed, we were selected to develop two buildings within the project, working upon the main concept that had been handled from the beginning, creating two mixed-use towers: Äna Tower and Äna Sur Tower.
The program of these towers consists of two towers of 6 stories each, which have commercial levels for diverse uses; 5 floors of apartments and amenities on the 6th floor.
The towers adapt to the terrain, so they present a transverse fault that was adapted to the architectural design.
