Light IQ（伦敦）及一昱照明工作室（上海）

Studio Illumine recently teamed up with London based lighting design studio Light IQ, on a unique, one of a kind, retail design project in Beijing. The interior design, led by another London based practice, Sybarite and Korean based Gentle Monster on art direction, akin more to an art gallery and museum than the conventional departmental store.

一昱照明工作室室最近与总部位于伦敦的照明设计工作室LightIQ合作，在北京进行了一个独特的零售设计项目之一。室内设计，由另一个伦敦实践，Sybarite和韩国的绅士怪物艺术方向，更像艺术画廊和博物馆比传统的部门商店。

This unique and extravagant retail environment was intended to disrupt the way we experience luxury retail. Gentle Monster and Sybarite were engaged to come up with a futuristic utopia to showcase global luxury brands.

这间独特并奢华的零售空间旨在打破我们对奢侈品店面的体验。Gentle Monster和Sybarite参与了设计，旨在创造一个未来的乌托邦，展示全球奢侈品牌。

The team from Light IQ was challenged to design to a programme of 12 months from concept to completion and full coordination with the local teams in Beijing.

Light IQ团队需要在12个月内完成设计，从方案到竣工，并且与背景的本地团队密切配合。

The lighting design had to be innovative but practical and also flexible as the retail avenues and corridors are intended to change content every 4 months.

照明设计需要创新并且实用，还要灵活，因为店面中走道陈设的商品计划每4个月更换一次。

Innovative solutions include corridors with less than 10 lux average on the floor, in order to maximise exposure of shop fronts, as well as white tuneable lighting on the ground floor, in order to connect the customer experience with the time of the day (cool in mornings, warm in the afternoon and evening).

创新性的解决方案包括走廊的地面照度平均不超过10勒克斯，以便最大化突出商店的门面，首层使用可调光灯具，以便在每天的不同时段与客户体验相连接（早上偏冷光，下午和傍晚偏暖光）。

New signage lighting for brands was designed in conjunction with Sybarite, which was embraced by all tenants and created a significant departure from the conventional way of signage lighting. We were also involved in the tenant's guidelines to ensure maximum contrast between circulation lighting and store interior views was achieved.

新的品牌标识照明是和Sybarite共同设计的，各品牌彼此相邻，营造了一种异于传统的标识照明设计。我们也参与了各品牌的照明设计标准制作，以确保商店走道照明和室内之间的最大化反差。

Art installations are scattered along the circulation areas, in order to maximise the gallery ‘feeling and look’ of the mall experience. Robots and futuristic props and installations assisted in the look of some of the areas, which were mainly designed to showcase of the peak of high technology in today’s age. These installations can often be compared to displays that one could find in a science museum of world expo, which serve as the perfect backdrop for social media interaction.

艺术装置散布在流通区域。以确保最大化商场像画廊的“感觉和视觉”。机器人和具有未来感的道具和装置强化了某些区域的感官，用来展示当今高科技的尖端水平。这些装置堪比世博会科技馆里的展品，可以成为自媒体互动最完美的背景。

Light IQ teamed up with Studio Illumine (SI) in Shanghai in order to monitor the aggressive and short construction period, as well as the fastidious process of local substitution of lighting equipment, which is very challenging in China. All of the specifications were naturally changed to locally sourced products, which had to be individually approved and tested by SI, on order to avoid compromise in the lighting quality. Upon installation, meticulous adjustments and refocusing of equipment were made on site to ensure the final effects conforms with the intended design and concept.

Light IQ与位于上海的一昱照明工作室合作，监控进度非常紧的施工周期，以及在中国本地寻找灯具替代品的一丝不苟的过程，颇具挑战性。所有产品都很自然的被换成本地产品，一昱照明工作室需要一个一个的确认并且测试，以避免损失照明质量。安装时，一昱在现场做了大量细致的调整和灯具调焦，以确保最终效果与设计初衷一致。

The scope comprised all the interior public areas, escalators, food court circulation, tenant’s guidelines and feature lighting to the art displays.

设计范围包括所有室内公共区域，扶梯，就餐区动线，品牌设计标准以及艺术展示的照明设计。
