CBRE Design instilled a sense of flexibility when creating the offices for Aésio, an insurance company located in Paris, France.
A multiplicity of spaces for more synergy and sharing The regrouping of Aésio’s entities was an opportunity to create a workspace in line with new ways of working. The CBRE Design & Project team, instructed with programming, design, and monitoring of works, has focused the project on flexibility of use.
On the ground floor, the main lobby and its waiting area benefits from the zenithal light of the existing glass roof. It provides a visual connection with multi-purpose spaces: An internalized coworking space to accommodate internal or external colleagues, a space dedicated to collaboration and allowing to work collectively and in various postures according to the needs, as well as a Working Café.
The open workspaces located on the 4th and 5th floors are equipped with plug & work, OFADs (office for a day) used as drop-in offices, meeting rooms, phone booths and informal collaborative spaces. On the 6th floor, the governance offices accommodate the Group’s management. And on the 7th and last floor are a Club reserved for VIP meetings as well as the cafeteria, a collective space used by employees for a break or a meal.
