走进售楼处，仿佛是不经意间闯进的糖果屋，空气里弥漫着草莓和橘子甜甜的味道，散落各处的玻璃花瓶就像刚拨开糖纸的水果糖，在灯光下熠熠生辉，心生向往。

我们渐渐明白，或许当代的销售方式不只局限在正襟危坐地讨论着房价的高低，而是我们像朋友聊天一样地坐着，期许着未来在新家会有怎样美好的生活。

Into the sales office, it seems to be a candy house that inadvertently breaks in. The air is filled with the sweet taste of strawberries and oranges. The glass vase scattered everywhere is like the fruit candy just smashed the sugar paper, shining under the light. I am yearning for my heart. We gradually understand that perhaps the contemporary sales method is not limited to discussing the price of housing in the endangered, but we are sitting like a friend chatting, expecting a wonderful life in the new home in the future.

当今的设计一直在主张去风格化，我们大多数人都不喜欢千篇一律，总想创造出点新鲜玩意，售楼部的设计也是如此，功能单一、奢侈华丽的传统模式也渐渐失去了吸引顾客目光的竞争力，我们需要改变、创新的思维来打破传统的设计理念，突破行业领域的局限性。

Today’s design has always advocated stylization. Most of us don’t like to be the same. We always want to create something new. The design of the sales department is also the same. The traditional model with single function and extravagance is gradually losing its attention. Competitiveness, we need to change and innovate thinking to break the traditional design concept and break through the limitations of the industry.

我们希望把这个项目打造成一个像网红甜品店一样的售楼中心，不需要那么隆重的仪式感，而是像喝下午茶一样，借助于轻松悠闲的环境开启顾客对未来新家的美好想象。

We hope to turn this project into a sales center like the Net Red Dessert Shop. It doesn’t require such a grand sense of ceremonies. Instead, it is like drinking afternoon tea, and opening up customers’ dreams of a new home in the future with a relaxed and laid-back environment.

售楼部的空间里运用了大量糖果般梦幻的色彩和充满童真的饰物造型，形态色彩与细节自成美感，似乎藏于内心的烦恼也会被这干净纯粹的氛围所净化。在家具上，我们采用了大面积的粉色，粉色给人的滋味，就像观摩一场经典的爱情故事，剧情行至关键，镜头就开始回眸慢放，甜蜜清香地百转千回，让人难以再去顾及心中的一点郁色。

The space of the sales department uses a lot of candy-like dream colors and full of childlike ornaments. The shape and details are self-contained. It seems that the inner troubles will be purified by this clean and pure atmosphere. In the furniture, we use a large area of pink, pink to give people a taste, just like watching a classic love story, the story goes to the key, the lens begins to slow down, sweet and fragrant, thousands of times, people It is difficult to take care of a little depression in my heart.

桌上的雕塑来源于贾晓鸥老师的艺术作品《白夜童话》系列——等风来：小女孩闭着眼聆听风的声音，落叶飘来她的身边，脉络清丽如雪地里的脚迹般干净，如秋夜般不带杂质。现代都市的生活节奏繁忙，人们习惯了披荆斩棘武装自己，但当我们停下来，是否也会感到一点滞后的疲惫和空虚，你心中是否也住着一个这样的小女孩，在风的引领下找寻简单、快乐理想的小女孩？

The sculpture on the long table comes from the series of works by Jia Xiaoou’s art, "White Night Fairy Tale" - waiting for the wind: the little girl closed her eyes and listened to the sound of the wind. The leaves floated to her side, and the veins were as clean as the trails in the snow. Such as autumn night without impurities. The pace of life in modern cities is busy, people are used to armed themselves, but when we stop, will we feel a little lagging fatigue and emptiness, whether you live in a small girl like this, looking for simplicity under the guidance of the wind. Happy little girl?

谈桌上的梦游娃娃是日本著名艺术家奈良美智的作品，肉嘟嘟的脸庞、鹅黄的浏海、淡蓝色的睡袍，浑身像是散发著淡淡的薄荷香味，他代表着纯真的无尽的爱、无处不在的可爱和不想长大，正如我们内心所渴望的那样。

The sleepwalking doll on the negotiating table is the work of the famous Japanese artist Nara Michi, the face of the meat, the bangs of the goose, the light blue robe, and the scent of mint, which stands for innocence. Love, ubiquitous cuteness and not wanting to grow up, as we are eager for.

希望从售楼部开始，就让大家体会到美好的环境给人的影响，从而在往后的生活中去发现和创造美，这就是我们的设计初衷。设计改变生活，设计亦能创造生活。

From the beginning of the sales department, let everyone experience the impact of a beautiful environment, so as to discover and create beauty in the future life, this is our original intention. Design changes life and design can create life.
