Beijing SCE·RADIANCE Future Cloud City is located in Daxing District, near the Beijing Daxing High-speed Railway Station. Community facilities such as education, medical care, transportation, commerce, parks, etc. are all available in the area. The soft decoration design of the sales office of this project is designed by MOD Service Design. The designer emerges the oriental artistic concept with contemporary style.

东方艺术风格是现代设计与东方美学的对话。是一种标志性的国际东方风格的探索，更是对于当下东西文化的“融合”与“碰撞”的思考。东方艺术风格完成了从东方传统文化中打散，提炼，重组元素的探索，实现从具象到抽象，再从抽象到具象的概念转变。

Oriental art style is a "conversation" between contmporary design and oriental aesthetics. It is an exploration of the international oriental style, and it is also a reflection on the "fusion" and "collision" of the current Eastern and Western cultures. The Oriental art style has completed the exploration of breaking up, refining, and reorganizing elements from the traditional oriental culture, boudaries between abstract and concrete concept becomes vague.

步入前厅，金属浮雕映入眼帘，将古京城的繁荣景象雕刻在金属板上，仿佛梦回燕京。

Stepping into the reception area, the metal reliefs come into view, engraving the prosperity of the ancient capital on the metal plate, as if dreaming back to Yanjing.

在洽谈区的设计上，空间布局前后左右衔接有序，装饰上化繁为简，简单的线条勾勒，简单的点阵排列，简单的配色给予最自然的舒适感。洽谈区的艺术吊灯恰似云朵，光影徐动。

In the design of the negotiation area, the space layout is in order, the decoration is minimal, the simple finishings, the arrangement of furniture, and the color selection give the most natural comfort. The artistic chandeliers in the negotiation area are like clouds, floating in light and shadow.

茶室以“茶寂”为元素：即不因外界的变化而动摇的寂然不动之心境。将茶艺的元素和东方的意境用当代的手法化作空间的灵魂。茶室旁的造景将室外景观引入，相互呼应，营造出格调与意境。

The tea room is based on the element of "silent tea": that is, the state of mind that is not effected by changes in the outside world. The elements of tea art and oriental artistic concept are transformed into the soul of the space with contemporary techniques. The landscaping next to the tea room brings outdoor landscape indoors, creating a aesthetic and peaceful environment.
