Originally this important building was designed to be within the compound of Abu Dhabi Ladies Club, but then it was decided by the Client to be located in another area for better privacy for the club members. The project comprises mainly for Ballroom 40x60m to allow for 1000 guest in addition to completely well equipped auditorium of highest standards for 600 seats. Along with all supporting facilities and services including complete kitchen for luxurious dining facilities. The foyers and public spaces the designed to complement the internal spaces of the above main areas for relaxation gathering and pre-functional areas, of well design and highest finishes/fittings. The project comprises an underground parking for 250 cars, which is designed with voids from ground floors sloping down to basement allowing landscape and water features create complete outdoor environment.
The wavy façade elements were designed to create dynamic treatment along with the use of stone cladding and the transparent glass parts of the façade shall add creative yet dynamic shape.
