源 起 |

Origin

盘古，又称盘古氏，是中国古代神话传说中的创世神，亦是一切的起源。他，由形如鸡卵的混沌中孕育而生，沉睡而醒，撑开清浊二气，形成天地。而终因疲惫而倒，其身化为世间万物，其乃天地万物之祖也。

Pan Gu, also known as Pan Gu, is the god of creation in ancient Chinese mythology and legend, and the origin of everything. He was born from the chaos shaped like a chicken egg, woke up from sleep, and opened up the clear and turbid air to form heaven and earth. And finally collapsed from exhaustion, and his body was transformed into all things in the world, which is the ancestor of all things in heaven and earth.

「一切始于混沌」

Everything starts with chaos. 

“混沌是世界之源，人生之源，也是盘古汇的白酒之源。”

Chaos is the source of the world, the source of life, and also the source of Pangu Hui's liquor. 

由朴实无华的高粱、玉米、大麦、大米、小麦等最原始的原料，经过酒精发酵、淀粉糖化、制取、原料处理、蒸馏取酒、老熟陈酿、勾兑调味等复杂工艺，萃取成滴滴香醇的白酒。

正如我们的设计理念:

源于自然，根基于原始，却在表达中精于细腻。

The most primitive raw materials, such as sorghum, corn, barley, rice and wheat, are extracted into drops of fragrant liquor through complex processes such as alcohol fermentation, starch saccharification, baking, raw material treatment, distillation to extract liquor, aging and blending to flavor. 

Just like our design concept, it originates from nature and is rooted in the original, but refined in its expression.

开天辟地 | 

Opening the sky and the earth

整个空间，用最原始的结构和材质构成。

门头设计为最原始质朴的外形，犹如曾生于混沌的世界，是我们对上古神话的致敬。

The entire space, made of the most primitive structure and materials. The door is designed in the most primitive and rustic shape, as if it was once born in a chaotic world, a tribute to our ancient mythology.

低矮的门，由一整块锈板制成，随着时间的推移，它不断变化，愈老，愈斑驳和沧桑，愈有味道，就如同白酒，越经过时间的沉淀，滋味当然越醇厚。

The low door, made of a whole rusty plate, changes over time, and the older it gets, the more mottled and vicissitudes it becomes, the more flavorful it becomes, just like white wine, the more it settles over time, the more mellow it tastes. 

门上的红色三角，象征那开天辟地的斧头，由此，创建了新纪元……

The red triangle on the door, symbolizing the axe that opened up the sky and thus created a new era ......

在建造过程中，我们保留了建筑的原始结构，恰到好处地在墙面形成了突出的斧头形状，这是我们对原始结构的尊重，同时也寓意着盘古开天辟地的伟大壮举。

如同琥珀美酒夜光杯，也如同我们所做的一样，始于初，终于精。

During the construction process, we preserved the original structure of the building, aptly forming a prominent axe head shape on the wall, which is our respect for the original structure and also signifies the great feat of Pangu opening up the sky and the earth.

Just like the amber wine and the luminous cup, and just like what we have done, which starts from the beginning and ends with the essence.

化海成江 | 

turning the sea into a river

入口的端景，是一块从中间劈开的石块，述说着盘古开天辟地的传奇故事。左边的夯土墙，地面的碎石，似乎带我们来到那个远古的时代，那是文明的起源，人类智慧的开始。

就如同好酒，源自土地，经过时间的淬炼，聚天地之精华，聚水成海，聚沙成塔，日变日新，越久越醇，愈老愈鲜。

The end view of the entrance is a piece of stone split from the middle, telling the legendary story of Pangu opening up the sky and the earth. The rammed earth wall on the left and the rubble on the ground seem to take us to that ancient era, which is the origin of civilization and the beginning of human wisdom, 

Just like the good wine, which originates from the land and is refined by time, gathering the essence of heaven and earth, gathering water into the sea, gathering sand into a tower, changing day by day, the longer it is, the more mellow it is, and the older it is, the more immortal it becomes. 

右边的玻璃砖，剔透晶莹，如同酒液流转，万物交汇融合，冰魂雪魄，烨烨生辉。拙与精，相互映衬，邀你看那壶里乾坤，古时梦境，岁月留痕。

The glass block on the right is transparent and crystal, just like the flow of wine, the intersection and fusion of all things, the soul of ice and snow, and the glory of the world. The clumsy and the fine, reflecting each other, invite you to see the dryness in the pot, the ancient dream world, and the traces left by the years.

夯土，是最原始的材料，如同酒发酵的最原始氛围。好酒源自粮食，而粮食来自土地的泥土中，酿酒夯土为墙，装酒烧土为缸，酒瓶酒盅造土为瓷，哪一样能少得了土。

天然材料的质地与纹理，与酒品酒性可谓完美融洽。在整个建筑空间里，我们以夯土为墙，似溯洄先人茹毛饮血的时代，感知最原始本真的味道，体味时间的缓慢流逝。

Rammed earth, is the most primitive material, as the most primitive atmosphere of wine fermentation. Good wine comes from grain, and grain comes from the soil of the land, brewing rammed earth for the wall, containing wine burned earth for the tank, wine bottles and wine cups made of earth for porcelain, which can be less earth.

The texture and grain of the natural materials are in perfect harmony with the alcoholic nature of the wine. In the whole building space, we use the rammed earth as the wall, like tracing back to the time when our ancestors drank blood and hair, perceiving the most primitive and genuine taste and appreciating the slow passage of time.

“俯饮一杯酒，仰聆金玉章。”

“幸遇三杯酒好，况逢一朵花新。”

"Drinking a cup of wine, listening to the golden jade chapter."

"It is fortunate to meet three cups of wine well, in addition to a new flower."

酒杯里既藏着高士的滔天谋略，亦有小民的日常生活，举杯谈笑间唤起世人酒乡情，人间百态尽在觥筹交错间。喝一杯小酒，约三五好友，人间美好不过如此了吧。

Glasses of wine not only hide the monstrous strategy of the nobleman, but also the daily life of the people, raising a glass of wine and laughing to arouse the world's love of wine, all the states of the world in the goblet. Drinking a glass of wine and meeting three or five friends is the best thing on earth, right? 

我们特意在空间中设计了置酒架，迎八方来客，品四海美酒，听万千故事。这里不仅是酒文化的交汇地，也是世间百态的聚集处，这，是我们对酒文化诗一般的精神表达。

We have specially designed the wine rack in the space to welcome visitors from all over the world, taste the wine from all over the world and listen to thousands of stories. This is not only the meeting place of wine culture, but also the gathering place of the world, which is our poetic and spiritual expression of wine culture.

天圆地方 | 

Heaven and Earth

在远古劈开的洞穴中行走，天光散下，穿透至室内，在不同材质上映照出熠熠光影，呈现饱含深度的立体质感。

Walking through the ancient caves, the light from the sky spreads out and penetrates into the interior, reflecting the glittering shadows on different materials and presenting a three-dimensional texture full of depth. 

我们保留了这种最原始的关系，运用最纯粹的自然力量，将天光带到室内，光影交错，这是现代技术与自然的深切对话。

We have preserved this primitive relationship, using the purest forces of nature to bring the light of the sky into the interior, an interplay of light and shadow, a deep dialogue between modern technology and nature.

天圆地方，是古代的哲学思想，也是对天之道、地之道、万物之道的深层思考和讨论，在建筑空间的各处我们都有体现这个思想。在建筑二楼我们分别设秦、唐、汉三个包厢，每个包厢都遵循了天圆地方这个思想，在顶部设计了圆形吊顶。

The idea of "Heaven and Earth" is an ancient philosophical idea, which is also a deep reflection and discussion on the way of Heaven, the way of Earth and the way of all things, and we have reflected this idea in all parts of the building space. On the second floor of the building, we have set up three boxes in Qin, Tang and Han, and each box follows the idea of heaven and earth, with a circular ceiling on the top.

秦

秦以黑为尊，秦人崇尚黑色，这与五行说有关。五行认为周乃火德，秦是水德，水德灭火。我们将空间二楼最大的包厢命名为“秦”，引入黑色调，将其分为圆桌区和茶酒区，可以容纳足足十六人，宛若谱写着秦时的雄图伟业。

Qin

Qin is honored with black, Qin people revere black, which is related to the five elements said. The five elements believe that Zhou is a fire virtue, Qin is a water virtue, and water virtue extinguishes fire. We named the largest box on the second floor of the space "Qin", introducing black tones and dividing it into a round table area and a tea and wine area, which can accommodate a full sixteen people, as if writing the majestic map of the Qin Dynasty.

唐

绛帻鸡人报晓筹，尚衣方进翠云裘。

九天阊阖开宫殿，万国衣冠拜冕旒。

Tang

Conical conical cap of the rooster man reported the dawn chip,Shang Yi Fang into the emerald cloud fur. The palace is opened in the nine heavens, and all the nations are dressed to worship the tassels.

二楼另一十人的包厢，我们将其命名为“唐”。盛世的辉煌，大唐的荣耀，四海生平的历史宏景，我们将其凝结于此。赴一场大唐夜宴，圆你一盛世美梦。

The second floor, another box for ten people, we named it "Tang". The splendor of the times, the glory of the Great Tang, the historical grandeur of the four seas, we will condense it here. Go to a night banquet of the Great Tang, to fulfill your dream of a world of beauty.

此景只应天上有，落入人间为仙境，

人生得意须尽欢，莫使金樽空对月。

This scene should only be found in heaven, fall into the earth as a fairyland, life must be happy, do not make the gold bottle empty to the moon.

汉

二楼最后一包厢，我们将其命名为“汉”，六人的坐席，精巧的画作，尽显汉的雅致。

The last box on the second floor, which we named "Han", has a seating capacity of six people and exquisite paintings, showing the elegance of Han.

“侧身南望涕沾襟。美人赠我金琅玕，何以报之双玉盘？路远莫致倚惆怅，何为怀忧心烦怏？我所思兮在汉阳，欲往从之陇阪长。”

"Turning to the south and looking at the snotty lapels. The beauty gave me gold rangan, how can I repay her with a double jade plate? The road is far away, and I am not in despair, why should I be worried? I am thinking of Hanyang, I want to go to the Long Han long. "

结语

Concluding remarks

劝君惜时莫苟且，一真超然万物初。世界生于混沌，历经千时万载，萃于精炼，设计也如此，源于简，粹于精。

We advise you not to be lax in your time, a true transcendence of the beginning of all things. The world is born in chaos, and after thousands of years, it is refined in refinement, so is design, which is simple and refined. 

世间物无非天地人，无论水中游、地上跑或天空飞，从开始到结束，都是时间长河里的一小段，时间不青不老，不滞不涩，历经洗礼的酒与人，也当会慎始善终，不忘初心，生生不息，迸发光彩。

Whether swimming in the water, running on the ground or flying in the sky, from the beginning to the end, they are all a small segment of the long river of time, time is not green, not old, not stagnant, not astringent, and the wine and people who have been baptized will also be careful to begin and end well, not forgetting the original intention, living and bursting with brilliance.
