This complex is located in a private residential area of the capital city and it consists of a total construction area of 12000 m2 where a luxurious property of 9200 m2 lies upon. Nowadays part of an ambitious masterpiece, this area is experiencing sustainable development as a private luxurious residential area.

The area in which the residential complex is being built is a dedicated area to individual villas adaptable for single-family use while the project proposes a multifamily use construction. From private villas to apartment buildings, the area has a well-distinguished design style and the project could not differ from its elite character and the already defined architectural style.

In this complex, in cooperation with investors, a design task has been developed which

foresees the realization of the apartment buildings in structurally and functionally separate structures. Common areas are comprised of recreational spaces since the parking lots are entirely underground.
