Surface & Interface, a new concept and design of space created to show the areas common to design manufacturers and designers, where pieces of furniture are personalised with graphics and illustrations by digital printing on wood using the Virtual MET technology developed by Valresa.
An experimental exhibition where the large centrepiece in the shape of bottles conceptualises large ink cartridges converted into a huge printer through its printing lines and moving carriages, leading to the various graphic applications and illustrations of nine furniture projects completed in collaboration with Spanish companies and designers.
The materiality of the space is conceived with mirror methacrylates and white vinyl to create a very light and transparent composition that places all importance on the exhibited pieces.
