Transforming all core elements of the store environment and creating a refined customer journey that seamlessly links in-store services and departments, the concept delivers Pets at Home’s overriding objective to ‘bring the pet care experience to life’. The strategic store layout, is based on a central band of experience and consultation space. Located at the front of the store is the Pet Village; an adventurous and interactive space where customers can engage and come face to face with animals. Other key features include the Cat Lounge; a premium cat adoption facility and the Groom Room; incorporating the new ‘Dog Self Wash’.
