无非设计从经营者角度思考设计的商业价值，从年轻消费者视角感受空间的愉悦度，解读石代烤肉店所蕴含的文化密码，运用创新灵感与交叉思维，以 PU 石为空间造境的核心，提取木质炭火元素，结合石材、青砖、夯土漆、LED 光等嗅觉与视觉的互动设计塑造情境，打造兼具艺术感官、互动交流、自然体验的多元空间，为食客带来一场超越现实的沉浸式感官盛宴。

Design is nothing more than thinking about the commercial value of design from the perspective of operators, feeling the pleasure of space from the perspective of young consumers, interpreting the cultural code contained in Shidai barbecue shop, using innovative inspiration and cross thinking, taking Pu stone as the core of space creation, extracting wood carbon fire elements, and shaping the situation in combination with the interactive design of smell and vision such as stone, green brick, rammed earth paint, LED light, etc. Create a multi space with artistic senses, interactive communication and natural experience, and bring diners an immersive sensory feast beyond reality.

高冷的蒙古黑文化石与温暖的浅橙所构成的基调结合多样性变化的几何形穿插，有节奏地体现其魅力所在。宽幅夹丝玻璃模糊了区域间的界限，让光成为空间最美的伴奏，简洁的空间让客户心无旁骛地享用用餐的过程。

The tone composed of high cold Mongolian black culture stone and warm light orange is combined with various geometric shapes, which rhythmically reflects its charm. The wide wire glass blurs the boundaries between regions, making light the most beautiful accompaniment of the space, and the simple space allows customers to enjoy the dining process without distractions.

将简单、易记的品牌元素“原石”融入设计语言，带来沉浸式的狂欢体验。去繁从简地抽取自然符号，以重复、列队手法加深客户记忆，打造差异化、私有属性的品牌空间。空间中提取颜色——“寂静黑+暖阳橙”，强化视觉效果。随性放松、温馨亲民、热闹小聚，一个现代轻工风格烤肉店就此诞生。

Integrate the simple and easy to remember brand element "original stone" into the design language to bring an immersive Carnival experience. Remove complexity and simply extract natural symbols, deepen customer memory by repeating and queuing, and create a brand space with differentiated and private attributes. 随性放松、温馨亲民、热闹小聚，一个现代轻工风格烤肉店就此诞生。

用餐区采用黑色不锈钢边框与夹丝玻璃作为半遮挡的隔断，花岗石作为墙面的主要材质，木元素作为衬托，更好的映射出自然的细腻同时整体上呈现出灰调的沉静。这种视线框景的设计意在让内外平行空间通过视觉交互形成微妙的“内外关系”，让处于烤肉店的客人可以随时跟外界发生联系。（建议横屏观看）

随着消费体验的升级，人们对烤肉餐厅的品质感和仪式感的追求也逐渐上升，沉浸式“高颜值”的烤肉店往往更受青睐。简单又实用的原木+大理石餐桌熠熠生辉，呼应着“原石”的主题。灯光摇曳，时而复古，时而摩登，每一个精致的细节都仿佛在诉说人来人往……

设计师打破常规，利用删繁就简等新颖手法，让室内空间尽显高雅之感。以原石、原木的组合创造出穿透利落的简洁氛围，在穿透而开放的布局中，又利用夹丝玻璃、不锈钢金属线条等装饰来分割空间，让食客享受时尚轻奢感。昏暗的暖光、反射光等光源的设计，为石代烤肉餐厅披上一套柔美的盛装，也让空间感得以延伸，增强顾客的用餐仪式感。

Designers break the Convention and use novel techniques such as cutting complexity and simplicity to make the indoor space show a sense of elegance. The combination of raw stones and logs creates a penetrating and concise atmosphere. In the penetrating and open layout, the decoration such as wired glass and stainless steel metal lines are used to divide the space, so that diners can enjoy the sense of fashion and light luxury. The design of dim warm light, reflected light and other light sources puts a set of soft costumes on Shidai barbecue restaurant, extends the sense of space and enhances the sense of dining ceremony of customers.

“礼之于人，犹酒之有襞也”。不管是清茶淡话的恬静闲适，还是悬榻留宾的赤诚以待，都应是走心而非流于形式，不拘于繁文缛节。来到石代烤肉店，宾至如归，相谈甚欢就是最好的待客之道。
