The 9000 sq. ft residential project is located at Great Neck Bay- Long Island, with an incredible Manhattan’s view.

When the land was acquired by the family, they knew that something very special needed to be built there.

On the other hand, the Israeli/American family fell in love with the Brazilian’s colors and nature and they wanted to incorporate that on the project.

Then, in the beginning of 2017, the project started with two basic concepts:

Geometric and Organic.

For the interior and exterior spaces of this modern villa in Long Island – on the east coast of the United Sates – many of the Florim brand collections have been used. The cement effect of the Buildtech/2.0 collection by Floor Gres, with its high technical performances, has been used for the pool deck and the exterior terrace. The marble charm of the I Classici di Rex collection covers the floor of the modern living room with the Calacatta Gold color and the chain decoration, characterized by a long vein on a large Magnum Oversize format. The bathroom area has been decorated with different Rex series such as I Classici, Alabastri and I Bianchi di Rex, and with Floor Gres collections such as Styletech and B&W_Marble. The wood effect of Details Wood by Cerim decorates the bedrooms.
