Timeless and Elegant Design

Amulet Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity investment firm, needed their new headquarters in Greenwich, CT to support their significant financial work. As a firm, they have managed over $1.5 billion in healthcare investments and thus requested a program that would be mainly composed of private offices that allow for privacy and concentration. At the same time, the client wanted to create a balanced combination of open plan workstations for their administrative employees and glass office fronts to maintain a sense of transparency among employees. The MKDA project team settled on a classic design to function as a soothing and productive backdrop for Amulet’s notable work.

Upon entering the reception area, the bright white room exudes refinement as a simple vertical wood pattern adds a level of dimension to the space. This area sets the tone for the rest of the space, which features a sleek white color palette coupled with an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and open atmosphere while various wood tones bring warmth to the space. The pristine cafe serves as the hub of the office and offers an opportunity for socialization and relaxation among employees. It has a number of high-end finishes including a sophisticated white center island contrasted with a veneered wood grill ceiling and wall, which provides the area with a luxurious atmosphere. The fusion of these elements results in a timeless and elegant environment consistent with Amulet’s distinguished brand.
