竖向的咖啡店，温州 / 杦拾设计_餐饮空间_设计案例作品

钢筋水泥中的“林间地”生长出竖向的街区咖啡店，重构社交。当咖啡文化渐渐渗入社区，我们也在寻找独有的街巷印记。咖啡文化不仅仅是味蕾上的体验，更不断形成一种社交形式，生活方式。人们将之成为一种生活习惯，为休憩一隅，也为互动沟通。市井繁华，奔波无常，一杯咖啡的能量，是抚平生活的焦虑。

As the coffee culture gradually infiltrates the community, we are also searching for unique street and lane imprints. Coffee culture is not only an experience on the taste buds, but also constantly forms a social form and lifestyle. People make it a lifestyle habit, which is both for a break and for interactive communication. And the energy of a cup of coffee can soothe the anxiety of life.

本案为改造项目，位于临街的社区旁，原为采光较少的封闭小楼。二层以上曾用于居住空间，原格局因狭窄的楼梯道形成压抑而不通透，皆为无交流的独立狭小空间。这也成为了设计的契机，意图将这个垂直的竖向盒子，重新解构。在单层仅30余平方的空间里，需要完成纵向的餐饮动线传递，并且提供私密与开放共融的交互场所。这也是社区咖啡店所想呈现的社交场所特性。

This case is a renovation project, located next to a community facing the street.The original building was once used for residential purposes, with limited space and poor daylighting. This also becomes an opportunity for design. We attempted to deconstruct this vertical box.In the vertical box, complete the food conveyor line. And the combination of privacy and sociability is also the characteristic of the place that community coffee shop wants to present.

在原有狭窄的长盒中，剔除原有的幽闭楼道，取而代之的是三角异形楼梯。而在楼道中心嵌入通顶的传送升降梯，由一层咖啡吧台后厨直至四层。在向上行走的过程中，不同楼层的视野，被切割成几何形状的画布。眼前的景致疏密相间，明暗相生，恰到好处。

In the originally narrow long box, the existing enclosed corridor was demolished and replaced with a triangular staircase. Embed a conveyor elevator in the center of the staircase. During the process of walking upwards, different views appear on different floors.

原有盒体外立面封闭，而楼的临街视野极好。我们思考如何使人与阳光更亲密，如何将眺望远方的片刻宁静带入咖啡。于是将外盒体斜切由室内转向外的灰空间，形成全新独栋立面的同时，也形成了微型三角阳台咖啡体验。

The original exterior facade of the box was closed, but due to the good view of the building, we were thinking about how to make people more intimate with the sunlight and how to feel the feeling of looking out into the distance. So the box is diagonally cut and turned from indoor to outdoor gray space, forming a brand new standalone facade while also creating a mini triangular balcony coffee experience.

垂直斜切后，功能区在尺度和角度的调配中扭转，不同的功能体在微缩的空间里得以完整顺应。并在二楼切除留出与吧台呼应的三角中空，使吧台向上延展，也旨在拉近互动，空间对流。

After oblique cutting, the functional area is debugged in terms of scale and angle, so different functional bodies fully adapt in a miniature space. And it is hollow above the bar on the second floor, making people interactive and the space convective.

柚木、不锈钢与复古绿手工砖，形成复古的基调。三层以烘豆间为主题，愈显安静私密。四层形成独有的城市露台，面朝高楼林立的城市，有一隅竖向咖啡店独有的问候。

Teak, stainless steel, and vintage green handmade bricks create a retro tone. The third floor features coffee bean baking as the theme, creating a more peaceful atmosphere. The four floors form a unique urban terrace, facing the concrete jungle city. This is a special greeting from a vertical coffee shop.
