SONATRACH FACADE UPGRADINGThis lighting design project aims at enhancing the existing building shapes, by revisiting the charts and value the professional aspect of this leading oil company in Africa Sonatrach. And most importantly adding a monumental reference to the city of its headquarter; Oran in the northwest of Algeria.The concept is to suggest desert dune shapes by cosmic shiny touches. I proceeded to the parametric design by getting inspired by fair environmental references, such as meteorite strokes that are aligned horizontally on the global frame to show the cylindric volume but also distanced vertically to suggest the dunes shapes. and in order to break the overall rhythm, I also used brilliant dotes on the extruded balcony.
