本案为杭州绿城超山云栖燕庐售楼处，该项目位于杭州市北部，嘉湖平原和京杭大运河南端。SWS Group 主持的室内设计遵从了余杭“黄金水道，运河文脉”的在地性，“以花为名，自然而然”的独特性，将“梅花”的概念以抽象的现代设计手法表达，呈现了一个简洁、现代的，具有前瞻性和体验感的城市会客厅。

Hangzhou Greentown The Poetic Whisper is located in the north of Hangzhou City, the Jiahu Plain and the southern end of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. The space designed by SWS Group complies with the uniqueness of Yuhang’s local culture and traditions, and expresses the concept of "Plum Blossom" with abstract modern design techniques, presenting a simple, modern, forward-looking and experience-oriented Sales Gallery.

流淌千年的古老运河隐藏着东方繁盛的秘密，随着时代变迁与城市发展，位于这条“黄金水道”南向端点的余杭悄然成为江南的明珠。

项目位于杭州余杭地处城西新兴宜居板块，东临香岸路，西侧紧贴莲花港路，南向为昌达路，北侧紧邻凌寒街，也是余杭生态旅游核心区，景观资源优越，是城景交融的理想居住地，作为良渚文化的发祥地，余杭历史悠久、人文荟萃，又能亲近自然，代表着未来城居的风向标，旨在回归人文与自然。

The project is located in the emerging livable area in the west of Yuhang, Hangzhou, with Xiang'an Road on the east, Lianhuagang Road on the west, Changda Road on the south, and Linghan Street on the north. It is also the core area of Yuhang eco-tourism, with superior landscape resources, and an ideal place to live in a blend of city and landscape. As the birthplace of Liangzhu culture, Yuhang has a long history, rich humanities, and closeness to nature. It represents the vane of future urban dwellings and aims to return Humanities and nature.

将梅花这一元素的形态与抽象意味，

红色是空间的“密码”，

作为重要的视觉线索，

从踏入庭院的那一刻，

循序渐进，踏雪寻梅，探其芳踪。

本案坐享超山山体景观优势，尽享一城自然风光，连接当地特有的文化与室内、外之间的交互，引导城市一代菁英亲近自然的健康生活理念。空间的布局简洁疏朗，呈现清晰的功能分区，也规划出了清晰的动线，依次经过品牌馆、沙盘区至洽谈空间，延长客流引导的路径，加强了步步深入的空间体验感。

Relying on the advantages of the local mountain landscape and natural scenery, connecting the unique local culture, the project guides a generation of urban elites to get close to the healthy life concept of nature. The layout of the space is concise and sparse, presenting clear functional partitions, with clear lines of movement, passing through the brand hall, sand board area to the negotiation space in turn, extending the path of passenger flow guidance, and strengthening the sense of space experience step by step.

洽谈区沿着大面落地窗分布，窗景宜人，阳光直洒，消弭了室内外之间的界限，仿若一体的空间延绵，与自然相融共生。

The negotiation area is distributed along the large floor-to-ceiling windows, with pleasant window views and direct sunlight, which eliminates the boundary between indoor and outdoor, as if an integrated space extends, blending and coexisting with nature.

格栅为空间的分区划出了几个重要的边界，亦是空间视觉的连接点，虚实相间，隔而不绝。

The grid delineates several important boundaries for the division of the space, and is also the connection point of the spatial vision, with virtual and real.

不同的大理石材质，结合金属、渐变玻璃、木饰面等新新旧材料的选用，打造出不经意的转角与流畅的线条感，让材质、色彩、线条，理性的工艺与感性的情绪，它们精准地被锁合在一起，前后一贯，秩序井然。
