Built on a narrow site along Interstate 5, the Porsche dealership is a uniquely modern addition to Carlsbad’s Spanish-Mediterranean skyline. The three-story building incorporates a one of a kind flying bridge through the service department, allowing inventory to be stored within the building and perfecting the vertical dealership. An east facing glass façade provides natural light to the service bay and creates a museum-like atmosphere for customers. This modern, clean, and precise structure uses simple design elements to effectively communicate the prestigious Porsche brand. The pure curving façade embodies cues taken from the Porsche flyline and inspires a seamless retail experience.
