设计说明 | Design Description

本项目为滇菜国际化大师鄢赪带领其鄢派团队，为推广云南传统滇菜文化与国际化烹饪技术的融合而建。同时也是为了在自己的故乡开设第一家，具有滇菜代表性的餐厅。

——由此“酝”餐厅诞生了！

This project was built by the international master of Yunnan Cuisine, Yan Chan, who led his team to promote the integration of the traditional Yunnan Cuisine culture with international cooking technology. At the same time, it is also to open the first restaurant with representative Yunnan Cuisine in his hometown. ——From then on, the restaurant was born!

整个项目利用云南清新的大山绿为主色调，突出表现云南山珍菜肴的原生。再次结合现代装饰材料及手法表达云南人包容、朴实无华的生活模式。

The whole project uses Yunnan's fresh forest green as the main color to highlight the originality of Yunnan Cuisine. It combines modern decorative materials and techniques to express the tolerant and unpretentious lifestyle of Yunnan people.

在艺术的世界里，设计是难以重置的，因此它带着疗愈性抚慰我们的心灵。门窗及吊顶上独一无二的民族纹样展现独特的文化形式。加之每个空间都拥有云南本土画师的作品，在不脱离世俗的同时又传承着云南民族的多样地域特征。

In the world of art, design is difficult to reset, so it soothes our hearts with healing properties. The unique ethnic patterns on doors, windows and suspended ceilings show unique cultural forms. In addition, each space has the works of Yunnan native painters, which inherits the diverse regional characteristics of the Yunnan ethnic group while not breaking away from the secular.
