This bank is a Singaporean bank that has always advocated diversity,innovation,and common prosperity.The birth of this project signifies a milestone for the company's development in Taiwan.Due to a deep understanding of the profound impact of office space on corporate culture,and the promotion of the unique"Joyful Space"concept globally.

因此设计师延续该公司的基本理念，欲创造一个充满活力和包容性的工作环境，促进协作和创新，为员工在远程办公时代重返办公室的方案。

Therefore, the designer continues the basic philosophy of the company, aiming to create a dynamic and inclusive work environment, promote collaboration and innovation, and provide a solution for employees to return to the office in the era of remote work.

欢乐空间 "是星展集团办公室形象的核心，旨在激发协作创造、思想交流和跨团队讨论。它提高了员工的参与度，加强了同事与组织之间的联系。

"Happy Space" is the core image of DBS Group's office, aimed at stimulating collaborative creation, intellectual exchange, and cross team discussions. It enhances employee engagement and strengthens the connection between colleagues and the organization.

为了与这种精神保持一致，并体现星展集团欢迎新成员的文化，我们引入了 "+1 "的设计概念。"+1 "是台湾网络社区的常用语，简洁地表示 "我加入！" 无论是集体活动、共同进餐、集体旅行计划，还是作为团聚的象征，"+1 "都会发出 "加入我们吧！"的感叹。它概括了星展集团充满活力、欢乐和团结的企业文化。

In order to align with this spirit and reflect the culture of welcoming new members of DBS Group, we have introduced the "+1" design concept. "+1" is a commonly used term in Taiwanese online communities, which succinctly means "I join!" Whether it is for group activities, dining together, group travel plans, or as a symbol of reunion, "+1" will exclaim "Join us!". It summarizes the vibrant, joyful, and united corporate culture of DBS Group.

为了延伸这种 "让我们一起努力 "的感觉，我们对现代人经常聚集和互动的空间进行了整合。在与星展集团的同事合作后，我们确定了四个主要主题：露营、市场考察、运动和俱乐部氛围，每个主题都配以一种主题色。这种对色彩的精心运用，确保了每一层楼都有独特的氛围和多样化的生活体验。现在，上班就像一次令人兴奋的身心探险。

In order to extend the feeling of "let's work together", we have integrated the spaces where modern people often gather and interact. After collaborating with colleagues from DBS Group, we have identified four main themes: camping, market research, sports, and club atmosphere, each with a theme color. This meticulous use of color ensures that each floor has a unique atmosphere and diverse life experiences. Now, going to work is like an exciting physical and mental adventure.

在技术驱动的时代，办公室的概念不再局限于指定的空间。办公空间采用非固定座位安排，为大约 80% 的员工提供工作站，并辅以各种座椅选择、讨论空间和个人储物柜。

In the technology driven era, the concept of an office is no longer limited to designated spaces. The office space adopts a non fixed seating arrangement, providing workstations for approximately 80% of employees, supplemented by various seat options, discussion spaces, and personal storage cabinets.

We have designed a flexible layout for this dynamic office model, strategically interweaving workstations, sofa seats, personal phone booths, and tea rooms throughout the entire space. This design allows users to communicate with colleagues at any time, while also enjoying a private and focused work area, creating an open, healthy, and positive working atmosphere.
